Basic room great service and breakfast was 5* with a view would stay again

Had a very nice stay. Staff friendly, spotlessly clean and in a good location. Loved eating breakfast on the terrace on the top floor overlooking the sea.

The hotel is convenient for the harbour restaurants, marina, shopping and market. Staff very friendly on reception. Accessibility would be an issue - stairs into reception and a tiny lift. Bed comfy. Wardrobe and room very dated and made it look grubby even though regular cleaning and servicing of the room. Breakfast was included. simple and plentiful. Ok for a few days.

Centrally located hotel in Areciffe nice alternative to staying in a tourist resort if you want to see more than a beach. Although in a quiet area in the eve about 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants in the small harbour area. Airport bus stops nearly opposite and Taxi rank next to hotel. Staff very helpful, breakfast was standard buffet fair but nice roof terrace. Rooms do not have A/C fan only so maybe v hot in summer.

Friendly staff, easy parking around the hotel, nice continental breakfast. Good shopping and eating out facilities around the hotel and good views out to sea. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for shopping, restaurants and bars. First class breakfast and spotlessy clean. Reception staff are always friendly and polite with a very professional attitude.would recommend this Hotel

We enjoyed our short stay at the Miramar which offers very good value for money the place is very clean, the staff is very helpful, nice breakfast, the only downside is place looks a little outdated.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Fantastic view! Nice breakfast. Two things that didn’t work for us: lack of AC or any efficient cooling (one flimsy fan is far for enough in 30 degree weather); lack of parking. Otherwise, great option for Lanxzaroye.

Good breakfast excellent staff & lovely roof terrace

A traditional style independent hotel. The room was basic but comfortable, the only notable downside being the lack of working air-conditioning. Decent continental breakfast served on the top floor with an open-air, sea-view terrace. Friendly and helpful staff.

what i like in the property is that it is the center of all the amenities you can find in Arrecife, just a walking distance to a beach near the big hotel, its location in the seafront where you can see one of their heritage, the bus terminal that runs through all the places especially Puerto del Carmen the main beach attraction of most tourist in Lanzarote. The hotel is just near the only airport in Lanzarote.

The breakfast could be a little bit better. I misses cheese and ham etc.

Had a very good stay however there was an incident where the maid threw away my retainers which were placed in a see thru cup and when we tried to complain to reception that kept telling us they couldn't help .. A little disappointed that our complaint was not taken seriously

I went to destress and found the experience extremely favourable. Perfect location for a paddle by the sea; getting to the bus/taxi or just shopping or grabbing something to eat/drink. Especially glad I was away from the maddening crowd
