Excellent hotel with great amenities and fabulous staff and within an easy walking distance of the old town

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Room cleaned very well every day. Lovely thick fluffy towels, comfy beds and good size room. Breakfast good, but evening meal not good value for money. Easy walk to centre of Ciutadella . Pretty walk along the sea front

We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future.

The new renovations have made a big and good impact, in particular in the bathrooms.

Beautiful, clean & friendly staff

We had a nice stay, however due to a mistake by a staff member we ended up without a room when our flight was cancelled. They first told us a room is available and then said they are fully booked. This was very stressful particularly travelling with a baby.

Quiet stay for 4 nights in October. Lovely weather. Hotel is 10–15-minute walk to city or harbour. Pool area is nice even if it was freezing. Very quiet time of year so city was quiet with only a few bars open after 12pm. Try restaurant Moriarty for great tapas, fried aubergine chips shouldn't be missed.

A spotlessly clean hotel overlooking a jade blue and green inlet which is wonderful for swimming in in summer. DO get a room overlooking the front/sea - a totally different feel than the rather cramped rooms at the back and overlooking the pool.

Great location, underground parking a big positive and very helpful/friendly staff! Mini fridge in room could do with an upgrade as it was leaking water every day

Stayed here for a short stay with my adult daughter. Perfect for us - just out of the centre so quiet but a lovely 15 mins walk along sea front to old town. Room very comfortable, lovely pool and staff very friendly. Also had excellent treatment in the spa. Only slight downside was communal areas were a bit lacking in atmosphere and air conditioning in room wasn’t that effective.

Séjour parfait ! Chambre confortable, accueil chaleureux et service irréprochable. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande cet hôtel !
