Fantastic Hotel in beautiful location

From start to finish nothing was to much always polite and helpful, central position to everything couldn't fault it.

Lovely hotel. Right on the pine walks with beautiful Views - especially eating breakfast while the sun rises! Good breakfast options, all staff were really friendly and helpful. Very convenient to everything.

The hotel was in a fabulous position on the Pine Walk. We had an evening meal on the first night which was very good. The breakfasts are amazing with so much choice. We had a balcony room at the rear of the hotel. The chairs were tired/rusty and only had a cushion. My only other complaint would be the lack of beach towels. They advertise that they are available and we checked beforehand by email. When we asked for them they were unavailable as they had not been returned from the laundry. This happened more than once so we bought some nearby.

Toilet was broken very noisy

Had a lovely short stay, finding it a great base for cycling. Cooling sea swim after a long hot ride. Staff were great, allowed me to keep my bike in my room! Recommended.

Booked & Paid Hotel Capri, only a week before trip we where told hotel not available, Think issue was more down to Hotels.com than the actual hotel. Informed they could move us to the Hotel Eola, which we did, this place was very good and would recommend. Very helpful staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast and great location

The entire team at Hotel Capri made for an excellent visit. Everyone was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable on the local area. The location is amazingly close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was always cleaned and it was comfortable, while the facilities were always clean and available. We found no negatives during our stay and will stay again.

This is a lovely small hotel at the start of the pine walk. The staff were extremely helpful and we were offered a complementary drink on our first and last night, we only stayed 2 nights! We had a room at the rear of the hotel that overlooked the street and was somewhat noisy due to deliveries but no issue sleeping. The room was spotless and the aircon was good. There is a beautiful terrace to relax on overlooking the sea and the restaurant is also good. On our last evening we had failed to book a restaurant and unbeknown to us it was a local holiday so many of the restaurants were closed. They managed to accommodate us in their fully booked restaurant after a wait. This was very much appreciated. I would stay here again but would book a sea view room next time

stayed here on a few occasions before the pandemic. first class location. basic rooms, but clean which is most important, however, this time felt it was looking tired and probably needs a refurb. breakfast outstanding.

Very comprehensive breakfast catering for all tastes. Very helpful staff and excellent service. We ate dinner 3 times at the Capri and the food was excellent freshly cooked and hot. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would book the Capri again

Fantastic hotel superbly located right on the Pine Walk, overlooking the beautiful beach! There are Lots of shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste right on your doorstep! The hotel is exceptionally well run with super friendly staff who care about their guests. The rooms are clean, bright and airy, it is worth paying extra for a balcony! The breakfast each day was lovely, with the added benefit of being able to sit outside overlooking the sea. Highly recommended, we will return.

Very good breakfast, great staff and nice rooms right by the beach

Excellent location right at the waterfront. Nice lounge with beautiful view where you can consume your own snacks/drinks, if so preferred. Very personal welcome. Clean, modern room of sufficient size. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Concluding:excellent value for money! Only negative: The Italian restaurant is not that special.

A clean, friendly and welcoming hotel with an excellent breakfast. A stunning location with very comfortable beds and pillows. The free towels are an excellent addition to this wonderful hotel. Thank you for yet another wonderful holiday. Back in July for 2 weeks and can’t wait.

Trevligt hotell med egen "pir" som ger oss möjligheten att inta såväl frukost som middag en bit ut i havet. Bra läge mitt på strandpromenaden, stort och fint rum.

Gute Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmerausstattung und Betten nicht mehr die neuesten. Frühstück sehr gut und vielseitig. Personal freundlich.

excellent emplacement sur la plage et proche desc entre d'intérêt de Port de Pollentia. Super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au-dessus de l'eau !
