nice hotel, clean. room is small but nice. Shower design is odd - hard to not get floor wet

First the good. The hotel was in great shape and very clean. By paying for the breakfast package, we got a room with a view of the mountains....beautiful. There was a five story apartment in the way, but we got a room in the fifth floor, so we could see above it. The breakfast was good but nothing to get excited about. Now the bad. The parking garage was more than just a challenge, it was a nightmare. Also, when we arrived around 9:00 pm, I noticed my room was very warm and had stale air. I could not turn the fan on to circulate the air. When I asked at the desk, I was told the thermostats were all turned off because it was October and they were not needed. When I inquired further about just turning on the fan, I was told (again) but in a rude tone hat they were turned off and told to open a window. I opened the window, and the room got cooler, but the street noise was unbearable....we could not sleep. I closed the window, we eventually fell asleep, but woke up all hot and sweaty. I opened the window, there were two men outside yelling at each other at 2:00 in the morning..........well you get the idea. We had two poor sleeps because it was warm for our two day stay in October after they had turned off the thermostats. I will not stay there again in October....or any other month.

La limpieza deseable, el parking es muy pequeño, es de pago y no te aseguran plaza, en recepción te ayudaban a lo que preguntabas y la localización es lo que destacaríamos

Las camareras de las habitaciones, hacen mucho ruido hablando a voces entre ellas.

Hotel bom no geral. Cafe da manha bom. Check in muito tarde, atrapalhando o passeio do primeiro dia. Atendimento muito bom.

Muy buen habiente habitación super linda muy limpios y la verdad fuimos con un bebé de 8 meses. Y se pasó genial volveremos sin duda

Prix correct, bon prix pour le parking. Petit déjeuner moyen mais pas cher...

Muy mal trato por parte de la recepción . Falta de respetto .Me han quedado sin calefacción en la habitación en puro invierno.No explican nada . De ningun lado no he visto gente tan orrible trabajando en una recepción en un hotel. El niño se ha puesto enfermo y les dava igual... Se fijan sólo en las ganancias y no tratan bien los clientes...

Accueil sympathique. Chambre et literie confortable. Seule petite remarque: Quelques prises électriques supplémentaires seraient les bienvenues dans la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très aimable.
