Hotel was nice, 4* staff was kind & helpful, As for the breakfast, the first morning was Great & fresh, but the second morning wasn’t as great as the left over croissants of the morning before were served to us.😟

Beautiful hotel, quiet and out if the way ,which is what we wanted, immaculate. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.

A great stay at a very nice hotel Service as excellent and very welcoming

The hotel was dirty with a spider web next to my child bed. A lot of light in the ceiling were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working and the heater in the room too. The staff was willing to change is to another room they were friendly and kind.

Friendly staff at reception. - Bathtub without curtain or any water protection which allows water out the bathtub while taking shower. The bathroom floor becomes full of water for 2nd person! And this was for our both delux rooms booking. - Breakfast with limited varieties and without toaster.

good location, friendly staff, quiet and beautiful. large parking lot, spacious rooms. everything spoils the smell from the carpet at the entrance! take it away!

Great location for visiting Alberobello. If you are lucky enough to stay in one of the trullis then it's a great hotel...beautiful grounds and lovely open air swimming pool. For a one night stay its ok but very impersonal and the rooms are very dated in design. If you are not part of the large coach loads staying here breakfast is very disappointing

A lovely hotel with 5 star service. A great base to see all the sights of the iltria valley. Lovely breakfast. The hotel has a spa . We highly recommend staying here .

Hotel was a2 star disguised as a four star.Carpet and paint needed to be redone .mold in shower.I find it hard to believe Butterfield and Robins would stay at this 2 star hotel.Similar to a motel 6 inU S A

Area around the Trulli needs to be improved. Not maintained or cleaned at all, neither the drive way nor parking.

3 jours sur place pour visiter le village d'Alberbello qui a beaucoup de charme, cuisine superbe dans le restaurant de l'hôtel et même dans le village,

L'Hotel è situato in una bella zona e la struttura è bella esternamente, con Trulli e zona pasti/colazione anche all'esterno. Pulizia nella media, camere un po' datate come le dotazioni fornite. Bella e comoda la zona piscina con bar annesso. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante, buona e abbastanza varia la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile

La struttura immersa nel verde della Valle d Itria è ideale per chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi. Io e la mia collega abbiamo trascorso dei giorni tranquilli e ci siamo sentite coccolate soprattutto dal personale sempre cordiale e mai assillante. Ottima pulizia delle stanze,di ottime dimensioni. Al ristorante piatti prelibati. La cosa che a me piace di più del posto è quello che viene offerto nella prima colazione. Il personale al bar della piscina e anche il bagnino: top.
