Hotel is very bright and well maintained. Front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. Hotel is in a good location about 10 minutes drive to old town Lagos and about a 15 walk to the nearest beach. Quiet location, no clubs or bars nearby. Hotel breakfast buffet is basically continental style, very good and clean. Rooms very clean and spacious, ours even had a sofa with a pull out bed. Parking is free on hotel grounds in front of the lobby building. We loved the outdoor hotel pool, this is the largest hotel pool I have ever seen. There are even two wading pools and a kids playground as well. Beach chairs are not too crowded. There is a hotel bar between the front desk and the pool. The only thing we didnt like is that we were surrounded by rooms with smokers. Every time we tried opening our balcony door for some fresh air, the smell of smoke quickly flooded our room. This is kind of out of the hotel's control, but something we could have done without. Perhaps they could put smokers and non smokers in different parts of the hotel?

I would not recommend staying at Âncora Park if you have other options. Our stay was disappointing overall. The cleanliness was below the standard I would expect from a hotel, and while breakfast had a wide variety of options, the quality of the food was not very good. The grounds also appeared poorly maintained. We stayed in a villa, and there was a dead, brown shrub directly in front of our door, which did not give a good impression. Housekeeping was another issue. Towels were replaced, but there did not seem to be much cleaning beyond that. The kitchen dishes were not cleaned, and the floors did not appear to be swept during our stay. The staff experience was also disappointing. One man I interacted with, who I believe may have been the manager, was polite and helpful. However, most other staff members we encountered were rude and unwelcoming. Overall, based on our experience, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel with a huge pool and a playground. Breakfast was delicious and the location is extremely convenient.

Clean room and great pool

Lovely property with a beautiful pool. Check-in was efficient, and the room was large and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had a variety of hot and cold offerings as well as pastries. The regular evening buffet was also very good. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

This place was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were fabulous. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed the staff hospitality and humour. “Hey, you dropped 10 euros”. Great place.

me encanto quedarme en este lugar tan mágico. la villa donde me quede es divina de cuento. muy acogedora tienes todo; el baño muy cómodo. el cuarto grande con muy buen aire acondicionado toda la villa. un patio o terraza muy intimo y agradable para tomar el café o un vinito. la sala el comedor y la cocina muy cómodos.super limpio todo. fue muy placentero quedarme en este lugar.

Belle hotel, très propre , très grande piscine , bin déjeuner buffet, par contre le souper buffet est très petit mais il y a l'essentiel. Les matelas sont très dures.

Loved this hotel! The hotel was very clean from the reception, to the restaurant, the pool and the rooms. The reception was very helpful and kind when we came in and even helped us find a nail tech for my sister who didn’t get her nails done before we got here! Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom is a good size with a good shower. They come with shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion (not the best smelling but not bad). They also have an amenities kit with a nail file and shower cap (nail file was very useful). We had a pool view room and it was a nice sized balcony. We needed an iron and scissors and the reception very quickly came up to give them to us. We even asked for a hairdryer and they brought us a nice con air dryer (there’s one in the room but it isn’t the strongest). There’s a good full size mirror in the room too which is so helpful when you’re 2 girls getting ready to go out. We also had dinner at the restaurant and we got pizza and arancini. The arancini was DELICIOUS and the pizza was good too. All in all we had a great experience here. Only thing I would say is that it’s a little away from the old town. It’s a 4-5 min uber but it’s a 25 min walk to the town so just be aware of that. But the walk is accessible and not too uphill/downhill. Would definitely come back to this hotel!!

One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was a beautiful hotel with a great pool and great staff. Rooms were very nice and very clean, and the outdoor bar had great food and drinks. Would 100% recommend and definitely come back.

The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful pool area and lovely, large rooms. My complaint is with the hotel restaurant itself. We had been traveling all day and were hungry. We were the second table to arrive at the restaurant. We ordered food and then waited. And waited. And waited. After an hour, we were furious. Our waiter had NEVER come back to our table, never brought food, never checked, etc. We got up to leave and suddenly he ran over to us. We left the restaurant, feeling super angry. I guess he told someone because the restaurant manager actually came to our room that night. He apologized and gave us free breakfast the next day. That was kind, but it doesn't change the bad service we received. It kind of ruined our whole experience.

Staff were helpful and friendly. 20 minute walk to beautiful old town. Very quiet and relaxing.

Absolutely amazing breakfast, everything fresh!

It is quite clean. Everything is great. Definitely, we will come back if we have another chance to visit Lagos again.

Hébergement absolument agréable, on a loué la petite villa qui était parfaite pour deux. L'hôtel est un peu à l'extérieur de la ville, mais ça se fait très bien à pied et c'est une petite oasis. Le personnel est hyper serviable et très gentil. Je reviendrais sans hésiter!

This was a nice stay, we booked a room with a garden view , however ended up with a parking lot view . We did though have a little terrace above our room that we had snacks and drinks on, which was nice. We did not get a chance to eat here , but had drinks and Sangria made for us that we brought back to the room. Our room was nice with a separate room with a queen bed and pull out sofa couch for our son. However they only give you two pods for coffee and you have to purchases more if you want them ( that was a bummer), we drank ours that night , so nothing for the am. Other wise it was a great location to all of Lagos beaches.
