Unfortunately it was a bad experience. There was no electricity and we couldn’t sleep because no electricity at night , no AC and on top of that I suffer of sleep apnea and I couldn’t use my CPAP machine to be able to sleep because no electricity, they didn’t even offer me to s nd us to another hotel and no refund for the inconvenience. It was a nightmare .

My only issue is with the front staff one of them are no friendly

Room: air conditioning. Parking: attendant very rude on regards to paying a fee or making the guests to go back to the reception to validate the pass.

In general I was happy with the staff

Great experience in the middle of Downtown Leon

Hotel is convenient and easy access to downtown, but it needs a lot of work. Elevator not working, looked very outdated and not clean. Staff was attentive.

The hotel is in horrible conditions. Don’t believe the pictures.

El hotel Leon es uno de los mejores en el area. Su restaurante es excelente!

You get what you pay for. The pictures are really nice, but the hotel doesn’t live up to them. The rooms are extremely old and outdated, the beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The location is amazing. The elevador is original and manually operated. It’s not 23/7 so sometimes you will need the stairs. The staff are amazing. The hotel is run down. Woke up on Saturday morning at 7:30am to the sounds of hammering and drilling. What hotel allows their maintenance crew to start work on occupied floors at that hour? The floors are all covered in an ancient carpet that’s got wrinkles all throughout. On every floor. It’s really dingy. That said, the room was comfortable, air conditioned and the king size bed was super comfortable. Definitely a hotel from a by-gone era that they are doing NOTHING to update.
