We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. The tap squeaked and the shower not amazing but we did pay for the lower grade. The breakfast good, the pool huge and very clean. All the grounds we found to be spotless. Walkable into town so lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, would say about 10 minutes. You can rent a beach towel for a deposit which we did. We would definitely stay here again, nothing to fault, but I think if you were here high season the air con may not be powerful enough. Housekeeping every day if you wanted it. Overall really loved it here, staff friendly and the snack bar was great and not overpriced.

broken door so it didn't look and we had a broken light. it was fixed after two nights however the door broke again. staff told us we could get compensation as we slept in a room with a door that didn't lock, however manager confirmed that we could not get any food or compensation so we got told two different things. so bad experience

Food options were fine, but not amazing. Hotel itself was excellent and staff were lovely.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Food was really good. The one big problem for us though was that the air conditioning was useless and didn’t work well at all. Other guests had the same issue also. The room was uncomfortably hot and it made it difficult to relax or sleep in there. We had to go and but a fan to help a little. Overall it was a great holiday but this issue with the air con would put me off going back to this hotel which is a real shame because everything else was great.

The hotel was overall a nice hotel. However the air conditioning was terrible barley felt like anything was on. I also got food poisoning from the seafood on one of the last days which definitely brought down the review for this hotel.

This hotel should be at least 4 stars. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was always hot and nicely presented. Only thing that spoilt the evenings was the German umpa music, began to think i was at the Munich beer festival !!!

The only fault was the slow internet everything else was perfect. Very good value for money as the food and services were excellent, will definitely be going back.

Für ein 3 Sterne hotel kann man es echt weiterempfehlen,essen war immer ausreichend auswahl getränkepreise waren auch sehr fair mit zb 2,60 für ein Wein oder bier oder 2 euro für ein halben Liter Wasser.

Hôtel parfait le seul bémol l’épaisseur des murs entre les chambre très fin donc si vous avez des gens qui ne respecte rien à côté de vous vous ne dormez pas de la nuit. Sinon était parfait je recommande

Hôtel convenable, personnel agréable et réactif cependant petit déjeuner peu qualitatif. Il vaudrait mieux avoir un peu moins de choix mais de meilleure qualité.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et cela nous a suffit. C'est très bruyant, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la chambre d'à côté. Et les vacanciers dans les couloirs à plus de minuit qui parlent fort, c'est vraiment pas respectueux, je sais que l'hôtel n'y ai pour rien mais les murs sont vraiment très fins. Il y a un choix important pour le petit-déjeuner mais ce n'est pas vraiment bon, c'est mangeable et la salle est très bruyante. Notre déception a aussi été sur le fait que la piscine ferme à 18h. En effet, celle ci est surveillé mais 18h cela est tôt surtout avec la chaleur qu'il fait. Le réceptionniste parle français, ce qui est bien pratique mais c'est dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus souriant et plus agréable. Ces collègues ont l'air en revanche plus aimable et souriante. Tout cela est dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé, à 10 min à pied de la plage, des boutiques et restaurants. Cala Millor c'est très sympa et animé le soir. Nous avons dîné un soir à l'hôtel pour 20 euros par personne sans les boissons, nous nous sommes pas régalés. En revanche, le prix des boissons proposées au bar n'est pas excessif et le personnel est sympa. Pour se garer, il y a des places de stationnement gratuites sur la droite et la gauche de l'hôtel.

Muy buen trato ...en general buena relación precio sevicio..lo único que en estos dias de calor apetecia quedarse un poco mas en la piscina, pero el horario de cierre es a las 18..pero por todo lo demás notable
