The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is strategic, the view from the room on the 5th floor (room 543) is not very good, right behind the antenna and the gondola train, and the hotel design makes the room position less comfortable to see the view down.

A great, quality hotel. It's located close to the bustling center of Jalan Braga. All the staff were very helpful. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately given afternoon tea and snacks. In my opinion, the only downside is the food's lackluster taste. Please let the EL Hotel team evaluate this.
