It's close to Braga, just a short walk away. Book a condotel; it's spacious and has a sofa and bathtub. It's definitely great.

Excellent service since the beginning.

The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, the room facilities feel outdated and need renovation. The bathroom is also very cramped, making it less comfortable to use. Hopefully, the management can improve the facilities to meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.

Very comfortable close to Braga

Breakfast is varied and delicious, you get a welcome drink, the room is spacious and clean, close to Braga for sightseeing, close to Bandung Station as access to long-distance trains and the BD Jakarta fast train.

The room was spacious and close to Braga Walk. However, our stay on twin dates was quite noisy, with the neighboring room being occupied.

The hotel is very close to Braga, just a short walk across the street. The location is nice, and the staff are friendly. However, I was disappointed twice, even though it was my first time at this hotel. The check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I arrived at 2:40 PM. So I didn't mind waiting because it wasn't check-in time yet. I was also given a voucher for afternoon tea. At 3:00 PM, I asked again, and the room was still being cleaned. I booked three rooms here, and only one was ready. Around 3:40 PM, I asked again, and the room was still being cleaned. At 4:00 PM, I still had to wait a few minutes to check in. Is this how hotel SOP works? The room should be tidy before guests check in at 3:00 PM. They should have been able to rest right away, but instead, we waited for an hour with the kids getting impatient and tired. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and waited an hour even though it was check-in time. I wanted to let the kids soak, but the water in the bathtub was so dirty! As you can see from my photo, the bathtub looks dirty after I drained the cloudy water. Please re-evaluate this. Check it before guests use it. The hotel is comfortable and nice, especially close to Braga.

My favorite place every time I go to Bandung... So please give me discounts often so I can invite my relatives to stay here when I go to Bandung... And Bandung is not just a region for me..🤭

Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance of Braga’s many food spots.

From the moment I got out of the car, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was quick, with the staff being friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and fragrant. Even Vanessa, the room service staff who cleaned the room, was very friendly and neat. The food was varied and delicious. Overall, El Hotel is the best choice for a trip to Bandung, especially in the Braga area. Highly recommended.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel food was delicious, the hotel area was clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel itself was nice. The only downsides were that the room phone was unregistered, there were no TV channels, and the hotel elevator from the lobby to the rooms was too small (it couldn't accommodate many people, so there was a long wait in line).

Always a regular hotel when on holiday, it has become a second home, because of its strategic location with Braga, it is not difficult to find snacks, it is located in the city center, clean, the service is always friendly.
