Room 606. Helpful and friendly staff. Great welcome. Cleaning crew were great. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast array were exceptional. We enjoyed the fruit section. We are removing one star for the dining experience. Seemed understaffed that time, it took about forty-five minutes for our server to come and get our order. The wait time was a total of more than two hours from the time we sat at the table to the time food was served. There was also a mistake in the number of food that the resto billed our room, which we didn't catch until after we cleared our bills at the front desk (our fault for not checking).

We actually loved this place. Front desk workers, maids & bar tender were above and beyond. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the inside pool was relaxing as were the hot tubs. The breakfast was top notch and I would come back again.

Exceptional property, staff and convenience to the falls.

Everything was nice about this hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was great free breakfast and it’s a huge breakfast. Lots of families were there. They’ve got a huge pool and hot tubs and sauna and everything is just extremely nicely done and well maintained. I’m really glad I stayed at this location. It’s also very convenient.

The property was beautiful, well maintained, super clean, ideally located for walking to major attractions (the falls, bird park and aquarium). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcome guests with champagne, which is a welcoming gesture. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

Great and beautiful hotel. The location is truly walking distance to the falls and bird sanctuary . Plan for 3 days minimum here. The only suggestion: I wish the hot tub and pool are heated . The water is cold . We end up can’t use it.

The location is ideal for visiting Foz do Iguacu and the Parque das Aves bird sanctuary - both just a short walk from hotel. It's also like a little oasis - a beautiful quiet place to relax and enjoy.

This place was absolutely a dream. The location is just a quick walk away from the falls and from parque aves. The property itself has a beautiful walking trail, pool, hot tubs and a game room. OMG the breakfast was top notch and delicious! Not only do they have the standard buffet options that changed daily, they had cooked to order options as well (the egg Benedict with salmon was incredible!) The entire dining room is beautiful and clean. The entire staff were so gracious and kind. From the welcoming concierge to the waitresses, everyone was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the nightly water and chocolate, such a great touch of service. Room service was delicious, fast and great options One thing to note that we weren't aware of... while it is close to the parks and airport, its not walking close to anything else. If you don't have a car, plan on a quick 10 min Uber into town for shopping or restaurants. They were were cheap and easy to book, but something to consider if you want more to do than just the parks. We WILL be back! Pros: Property grounds are pretty -Staff friendly -Clean - Jonas (piano player) was very talented and very friendly. Cons: Tourist Tax charged and hotel didn’t notify us there would be this charge - Room AC was leaking water everywhere which was clearly a consistent problem b/c the wood floors were already buckled and sagging. -Bathroom lights not working and handle to bathroom door came off. -Amenities were nice if working properly. Hot tubs were warm not hot and it’s winter time. Sauna only had one side of coals on. When asked to turn other side on they said no. - Got charged for a drink that wasn’t what we ordered. They said we needed to go to reception to get it fixed. We decided to go on a walk. 45 min later they said time expired for a refund. Like what?!! They did offer us two cheaper drinks but I would have preferred refund. -The food from the restaurant and bar was mediocre. Overall disappointed in the stay especially for a resort hotel.

The safe in our room did not work the 1st night and it malfunctioned the 2nd night after it was supposed to be repaired. The television in our room did not work and had to be replaced. Other these two inconveniences, this was a nice hotel

Clean room, friendly staff!

Spectacular! I wish we had more time there to enjoy the beautiful grounds. The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is excellent, drinks at the bar were great, and the staff is so helpful!
