Friendly staff, rooms clean BUT the pool area lets it down. Not enough sunbeds, broken steps.

The Bungalows are directly on the road so can be accessed by anyone passing by. The door system is terrible and not very secure and our shower was mouldy. Bedding and pillows were stained and area around the rooms has rubbish and overflowing buckets and litter.

It was an amazing place and cleaned daily. I have rebooked for October 2025.

Room was functional, bed comfortable and shower good. The property was very clean. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff friendly but the front desk staff much less so and transactional.

Would recommend and return

Had a good stay here-it’s central to everything, and a good spot for going off on a walk. Breakfast was always good, but sometimes a little cold, but there was a microwave. Appartment was always warm even on a December night and staff were alway polite and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend.

Very comfortable rooms with everything you need, we did not expect a turndown service so we were pleasantly surprised when we came back to made beds. Lovely pool area, bar and good entertainment. Will definitely be coming back thank you

Great location. Really good set-up little bit like centerparks but with the sun. Bungalows well maintain ,peacefully location.

The pool area was excellent with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was edible nothing special The apartments were nice and all on one level but ours had a strange noise that made it difficult to get to sleep Check in was chaotic with only one staff member on duty All in all not a bad place to stay 10minutes to the beach and the beach was very nice Taxies were very quick and cheap I would stay again

This was the second time we stayed at Caybeach and we’d come back again, very friendly efficient staff on reception for check in / check out, clean, comfortable rooms, laid back family friendly atmosphere, right on top of town couldn’t ask for more for the price.

I enjoyed being able to sunbathe outside our apartment where we stayed. They provided sun loungers, table and chair and a washing rack for the front porch. The apartments are out dated, but the apartments are very clean and house keeping do an excellent job of ensuring that you have fresh towels, beds are made and floors are swept. The general room amenities are fine as was the breakfast that we paid for. We did also like the pool set up

Loved the bungalows, comfy beds, lovely pool area and plenty of sunbed.

The bungalows are really clean and they are cleaned 5 times a week, the beds are very comfortable. Some of the electrical items could be changed as the kettle and toaster were faulty. Some fittings in the room were loose and faulty too, but over all you get what you pay for, the bungalow is good to stay in just be aware people walk past the patios very regularly so sunbathing can be a little uncomfortable. The only bad point of our stay was when we arrived we were offered late check out which was for 20 euros to leave at 4pm which we paid for, on the day of our departure were contacted from the reception saying we needed to leave as check out was 12pm when mentioned our payment on check in they were adamant this wasn’t possible and no refund was offered. Shame this happened on the last day as we did enjoy out stay

Pool was overcrowded with not enough sun beds for all guests. Sun beds were locked up until 10 o’clock and all gone by 10.10. One day the lifeguard with the sunbed unlocking key missed his bus and the reception staff refused to unlock the sunbeds so all guests had to wait until he turned up at 10.20 then he proceeded to get himself dressed for the occasion before unlocking the beds- really !!

We had a very enjoyable holiday. Bungalow was well equipped and comfortable. We will come back.

It’s a bang average stay. Its good when by the pool as no entertainment goes on which is good in some ways but there’s music. It’s abit like Ryanair you have to pay for add ons especially air conditioning which should be included and TV. Ants in the apartment as well.
