+ Good location + Old hotel, well maintained + Large room

Suitable for a short vacation

The room wasn't as spacious as the picture, and the room didn't match the description. It seems not all rooms have bathtubs or city views. The TV only gets local channels. Overall, the room was quite clean. The area is full of Indians. There are food stalls and a minimart near the hotel. It turns out I didn't have time to take a picture of the room 🙂

I ordered a king bed and there was a bathtub, but the room only had twin beds, and when using the shower, the hot water took a long time to come out, for cleanliness it was very good, the waiters were also good, across the hotel there was a kampung attap restaurant (the food was very good), there was also a 7-eleven, and a 2-minute walk to the Monorail station and there was a durian shop, close to the 118 tower

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great with walking distance access to public transport.

Second stay experience. A little different for the second time. The room we got did not have hot water facilities. The hot water pipe did not work. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The breakfast buffet food had many choices, but the food refill was slow. Many had run out. There were not many choices of fruit, only 2 types. Need to increase the choice of fruits. The elevator to the parking lot was broken. It was broken the whole time we were there. Had to go up and down the stairs to get to the parking lot. Luckily we got parking on the 1st floor. The hotel staff were all very helpful & friendly.

breakfast not have a various varian, almost same everyday. the security not friendly. the room is not soundproof, becareful to talk too loud, should be whispering😅 resto staff friendly, front office also quite friendly and helpful too, fast if we asking help.

Location is very accessible, near monorail, near Merdeka 118

the hotel is very well located for Chinatown, a very small walk and easy access to the monorail, however the staff are relatively useless, I called from my room on the 14th floor to ask if a restaurant opposite, visible through the front window is open, and the staff member told me to check Google... couldn't even look out the window... another time I asked for a pen to be sent to the room because it didn't have one, I waited more than 30 minutes only for housekeeping to bring her pencil and no paper.... it's all right for the price but don't expect anything too much and you won't be disappointed

The hotel staff are friendly and their response is fast and very helpful, but the toilets need more attention and better maintenance for cleanliness.

not the best, but it's pretty good

I stayed from 4th-9th May 2025 to attend a course here. The room is very cozy and clean. The view is captivating where I can gaze at Merdeka 118 everyday. The food was superior above expectation. There are varieties of food and the waitress also very friendly. This hotel is easy to access since it's located nearest to Maharajalela monorail station. There are also 3 elevators available to transport you from each level. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend this venue for any event and accommodations. Well done.

+ The room is quite big for a room of 4, there is a sevel near the hotel, the AC is also very cold. Close to petaling street & jl alor. The price is also okay for the room and service. You can also leave your luggage if it's not check-in time. - The room is too dark because the room lights are only small lamps & bed lights.
