Khách sạn không phù hợp nếu đi công tác. Họ không có hóa đơn/ chứng từ cho việc lưu trú. Nhân viên phục vụ tệ.

Khách sạn tệ, nhân viên không niềm nỡ, bộ phận hỗ trợ chứng từ quan liêu, không hỗ trợ. Không rõ ràng về hóa đơn, chứng từ khi đặt qua ứng dụng. Một trải nghiệm tệ với một khách sạn lớn ngay trung tâm.

Phòng cũ kỹ không tương xứng với mức giá cao như thế. Ai đi công tác cần lấy hoá đơn thì không nên đặt qua online

clean hotel, good service

The staff is not supported and professional. I called the hotel to ask for red invoice help, the way they answered the phone call was unmindful, felt like “oh really”, then they said they would transfer my requirement to the related department to be supported but they never called back. I booked the executive suite room, the room was big but the AC was too small and that night was so hot, I even couldn’t sleep tight. Never back to this one

Beautiful place, near the center

Nothing sharp, rooms are not good, people in the hallway talk in the room very clear, old hygiene, food is not diversified.
