Very suitable for a holiday in Jakarta with family

Location good, staff service is oke, cleanliness need to improve especially bathroom smell bad Food is great but lack of vegetarian food option.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind, and the service was second to none. If you're on holiday with your family, Hotel Kempinski is the best. The food is delicious, the hotel facilities are complete, and there's a playground for the kids to keep them entertained and enjoy the hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The place is comfortable. At the start of the new year, I had a staycation at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. The view was stunning, the location was strategic, and my children and siblings were all happy. Thank you Hotel Kempinski.

Amazing, this Christmas can stay here, PERFECT FOR ALL

The frontliner who served me probably forgot to input the information for the suitcase delivery by the bellboy, so I waited for my luggage in the room for more than 3 hours even though I had called several times to ask why it hadn't been delivered to the room. But finally, they gave me a free compliment for access to the club. As for the facilities, although a bit old, they are still good. It's just a shame that almost half of the employees are unfriendly, don't smile, don't greet me, even though as far as I know, that's standard hotel SOP, especially since this is a 5-star hotel.

Check-in and check-out were quick. Delicious breakfast, plenty of menu options, and a spacious breakfast area. Spacious room with a view of the Hi roundabout. The bathroom is gorgeous with a bathtub.

Perfect to celebrate my anniversary

They did upgrade me to Grand Deluxe but then the room they gave me - 140, was not clean at all. Oje of The pillow smelled awful, the bed sheet and bedcover gave my legs and arms rashes (i couldnt show it to housekeeping my legs but i did show my arms) so asked to change the bed sheet and bed cover. The towel was also so not white 🤦🏾‍♀️ its like white but grey. Oh yes, i discovered there is a door next to wardrobe that couldnt be closed so had to ask for engineer to come and fix it. And also this morning the omelette station guy asked me to come back 10 mins later because he had many orders. I was like if its obly 10 mins, why couldnt he take my order and i come back 10 mins later? Well perhaps i am not an important guest. Yes i only stayed for a night but i chose Kempinski because it is near to my office and wanted to treat myself a great night. Thats all. Its not a good experience and under expectation.
