Just returned from a 8 night stay at this amazing hotel. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s pure luxury. Rooms very modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is everything you could wish for. Staff are so helpful and hard working. Roof top pool is fantastic with amazing views! Can’t wait to go again next year.

This hotel is top notch. They have thought of everything when they built this property. Everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. The rooftop pool and the views and the sauna were unbelievable Every hotel should be run this way

We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety. Thank you so much for making our vacation so relaxing and we look forward to returning!

5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced daily and turn down service with chocolate ☺️ We did not have time to use the spa but there were saunas (unsure if there is additional charge) treatments were pricey. I would absolutely recommend the Sumratin to friends & family and am sure it will have a reputation as one of the best hotels to stay in Dubrovnik once established.

The Hotel Sumratin is perfect, the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly with good recomendations and very attentive, the pool area is kept to a very high standard by the staff. The breakfast has something for everyone, we were happy to see probiotic and vitamin shooters, smoked salmon, pancakes with lots of toppings, fruit and yoghurt bowls and the omelette lady! Highly recommend and we will be back!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sumratin in Dubrovnik and had a fantastic experience. The location was another big plus—just a short walk to Lapad Beach and close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel far. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available if needed, and the breakfast each morning offered a good variety of fresh options. Overall, Hotel Sumratin is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located stay in Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return in the future.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel in angenehmer Wohnlage, abseits vom Altstadttrubel. Gute Anbindung per Bus zur Altstadt. In der Nähe ist eine schöne Promenade mit Restaurants und Cafés. Wir wollten ein späteres Check-out, dazu bekamen wir unterschiedliche Informationen, aber am letzten Tag hat es dann doch gut funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel – alles war sauber und gepflegt. Stylische Einrichtung. Was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten: Kosmetikspiegel, Handtuchhalter im Bad, Kosmetiktücher. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Manche Speisen wirkten aber nicht mehr so frisch. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein Highlight! Der Wellnessbereich war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider noch nicht geöffnet und insgesamt waren noch recht wenige Gäste im Hotel. Dafür war uE zu viel Personal im Einsatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
