Comfortable and clean, the food has a lot of variety

The horror incident in the middle of the night has left me unable to sleep alone. And the receptionist that night was completely unhelpful.

The service was excellent. The food was ordered and the taste and portions were perfect. The only downside was the slippery bathroom drain and the sink didn't run smoothly.

Overall, it was okay, and it was also okay with my family. I was just intrigued by one of the written rules, which read "no food being brought into the room." I've only ever encountered this in many hotels. Usually, this prohibition is found in cafes or tourist attractions. I've never stayed in any hotel, from non-star to 5-star. It might not be that strict in reality, but rather than potentially causing problems, I prefer to obey the rule. This made us uncomfortable. I don't know what that prohibition means. But another statement said that if necessary, food must be ordered from the hotel. This just makes me even more proud. I think it's not about the food actually being brought to the room, but rather about ordering food from the hotel. After all, people's tastes can't be forced. This is the only thing that's strange to me, I don't know what it might be like for others. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you for a comfortable 3 nights.

The room is quite big and clean, the big bed can accommodate 2 people including children, the pool is nice for children... the food is delicious

The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly, and there were many baby cockroaches in the room. When I called, they said the shower water wasn't hot. They said there wasn't any hot water.
