Noisy hotel, as you can hear guests in the rooms on top of you, on the sides and in the hallways. Terrible quality of sleep. The hotel is well located and staff is friendly

The rooms, reminiscent of the '90s and lacking proper maintenance, offer disappointing views unless you opt for a sea view; otherwise, expect a view of a wall. Guests are required to adhere to numerous regulations, with a penalty of $250 USD for any infringements, including restrictions on playing music anywhere or consuming beverages outside their rooms. Despite its higher price point for the area, the hotel fails to provide comfort. The furniture is both low-cost and uncomfortable, more akin to what you'd find in dormitory settings. Given its expansive size, the property faces challenges in maintaining cleanliness. The staff, predominantly young, seem disengaged and less inclined towards hospitality, often appearing more as security personnel than hotel staff.

The only thing that i didn't like was that went they washed the pool area, a lot of water fell on our balcony which wet everything we had there.

Small but nice pool with enough room for everybody when we were there. Amazing view from pool. Our room was advertised as a room with ocean view which it was not. We where placed on first floor. Avoid first floor at all cost if you do not want to be on display for everyone who passes by on the street outside (see pictures).

There is a total lack of long term facility maintenance in this hotel

In a great location with friendly staff. We only stayed for one night and the items in the apartment were sufficient for one night but you might struggle if you were staying a little longer. The apartment was starting to look a little scruffy and worn but not to an extent that I wouldn’t stay here again.

It is directly across from the beach where there are sea lions on the rocks. The view is spectacular. The people at reception were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

I loved location, size of bedrooms, jacuzzi and swimming pool and of course the view!

The view from this hotel is phenomenal! We originally rented it for one night but the location, view and customer service is top notch, so we extended our stay for a few additional days. The staff is exceptional at this hotel! Their response time for everything we needed was world class!

Great Location and very friendly staff.

Not what we were expecting from other reviews. The apartment was dirty and the wifi was terrible. It's quite far from Valparaiso and Vina and a 30 minute walk to the nearest food places, but the bus service was good and ran late. The weather was foggy when we were there in the morning so we didn't visit the pool. There were 3 of us and we needed a room each so it was expensive for the quality. The 3 room apartment slept 8 so it may seem more reasonable if the price was split between more people.
