Lovely little spot pushed back from Thasos town. Decently easy to walk to from the port (though maybe not with kids). The stay was incredibly relaxing. We stayed on property all 4 days because the beach was so beautiful and the water was so clear we didn’t feel a need to go to a different area. The food options are decent and the alcohol is reasonably priced. Would come back here again.

Bungalows are under huge pine trees. Nature is good. Beach is very nice. Food is delicious. Staff is very friendly. Overall, we had great time as a family with 2 kids. We are definitely coming back next year.

Individual accommodation not a hotel block. Safe cove for swimming. Food was surprisingly non Greek like so we ate out in the old town of Thassos a few nights which was lovely. A B&B option would be ideal.

Simply great: location, beach, room, very clean, stuff very friendly, amazing food choice, strong wi fi everywhere.

When you are at Greece, you expect the food at Greek tastes, hotel disappointed us with the low quality food at open buffet. If there was bad and breakfast option, we would select that and eat at awesome Greek food at any restaurant at Thassos. Rather than weak open buffet food, hotel, service and beach is awesome

It was really great vacation. Wonderful place, the best beach in Thasos, tasty variety food and very helpful staff. Everything in Makryammos was perfect.

Great beach and food. The staff was really helpful and polite. Having a private beach is definitely the highlight. We got an upgrade of the room and sunbeds on the first line. The cleaning could be improved. Be aware - there are ants and mosquitos in the rooms. Bees and wasps on the beach - we got stung twice. All in all - we were happy with our stay.

The property has an upscale, private feel. Its amenities are situated conveniently; the area of the resort is beautiful and lush. This is a family-friendly hotel, with plenty of room for children to occupy themselves. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The only drawback seems to be the kitchen at the taverna -- perhaps it is worth going for food elsewhere. Overall, a very good experience staying at the Makryammos Bungalows. Would visit again.

We had amazing experience at Makryammos bungalows complex. This is the perfect place for family with young kids vacation. Clean rooms with contemporary interior. The bungalows are built within the Mediterranean forest and there's constant shadow. The beach is private with umbrellas and beach beds. Water is turquoise and clear. No big waves. You can rent some beach sports vessels. The staff if always friendly and everybody is multi lingual.

We stayed in makryammos in middle of june. The hotel has the best beach in Thasos island. It has a very good kids club. Restaurant and food was ok, not perfect. They also have tavern which is open in july and august, so we couldnt try it. Overall very good hotel to stay especially with children.

Strand und Anlage im Pinienwald ein Traum. Aber Service und vor allem das Essen ein Alptraum. Schade, denn man könnte aufgrund der einzigartigen Lage viel daraus machen. Insgesamt Max. 3 Sterne Niveau mit einem Auge zugedrückt. Sich als 5 Sterne Hotel zu verkaufen ist einfach nur dreist!

Hotel konumu, denizi ve doğası ile gerçekten çok güzel. Tek olumsuz yönü restoranın kapalı bölümü misafir sayısını göre yetersiz. Açık alanda ise arılar rahat vermiyor
