Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful 5* hotel with the most helpful and kind staff and amazing food, would highly recommend the La Muna restaurant. However, the clientele staying here were clearly not happy to see a family with small children (well behaved ones may I add) enjoying the same facilities as them, particularly in the spa and lounge areas. The staff however were wonderful and made us feel very welcome, but just something to bear in mind if you are travelling with small children.

Service was excellent. Forest rooms are very small, view is bad with people in the street being able to see inside the room. Not recommended.

Stay away. Bottom line. Not accommodating and rude

I wanted to start the year of in a relaxing way and decided to book a four night stay to indulge in spa treatments and just relax. All the staff were excellent, from the contact prior to my stay to my arrival, throughout my stay and leaving too. Very polite warm welcoming individuals. The only thing I would change would be the food in the restaurant and room service particularly as I am gluten free and there were limited options. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely go back again for a summer experience rather than a winter snowy break.

Elegant modern style, amazing staff and breathtaking views, Coupled with one of the best spa facilities I have seen in a hotel (particularly gym and pool size). Very few things can beat dinner on their terrace (I think I can eat that truffled pizza and burattina with yellow gazpacho) any day of the year. All in all a wonderful experience (and we had a fortune of visiting the hotel four time in one month....) The only thing to note is that room size varies quite a bit between various room types, so I would read the description carefully before booking.
