The staff are pleasant and friendly, and the room itself is quite nice. Breakfast is excellent. However, the amenities and supplies were disappointing. There was no coffee machine, no air conditioning, no face towel, no shampoo, and not even a telephone or alarm clock in the room. The safe was secured with a default code that’s widely known, which defeats the purpose of having it. The bathroom design was also problematic — the bathtub only had a half glass partition, which caused water to splash everywhere, making the floor extremely slippery and unsafe. While the hotel uses 220V electricity, there was only one socket available for 110V devices, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Great stay We had an audition in the afternoon and they let us have late check out until 2pm Reception staff were very helpful.

Very helpful to us and others when we were stranded in St Polten during the floods and cancelled train services.

Overall the property is nice and safe. Close to the train station and downtown are. The staff overall are nice. There was one lady at the front desk that acts as if she is not bothered to be there and is not friendly. But everyone else I encountered as friendly.

It was ok at first. A business trip and the bar was shut. A few nights later, on a Friday, the bar was shut. So we headed out for food and drink. Got back about 11pm and nobody was there and I'd realised I'd left my iey in the room. I had to sleep in my car to eventually get back in my room. Night service is bad, if not terrible. Day service is good

Hatte 2 Zimmer gebucht und beide hatten am nächsten Morgen Probleme mit dem Abfluss in Bad und WC. Wir bekamen sofort andere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbufett. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne helle Garage.

Im ersten Zimmer lagen schwarze Haare und Bartstoppeln im Bad (ich bin eine blonde Frau) Das zweite Zimmer hatte Müll auf dem Balkon, im Rauchmelder hing eine undefinierbare grüne Substanz und im Bad waren die Glaskasten von innen mit dreck gefüllt. Allgemein sehr abgewohnt und lieblos

Leider gab es bis in die Nachtstunden immer wieder Ruhestörungen durch lautes Reden von Personen, die aus Richtung Altstadt zurückkamen sowie durch 2 Skateboardfahrer, die nach Mitternacht extrem laut und unangenehm waren. Natürlich hat das nichts mit dem Hotel selber zu tun. ich möchte dies dennoch nicht unerwähnt lassen, da es wirklich lästig war.

Rimelig afstand fra banegården. Egentlig et lille møde- eller konferencecenter, der tillige virker som hotel uden restaurant. Lidt rutinepræget service, gode små værelser og glimrende morgenmad.

shower goes hot and cold. instructions don't match the model of safe installed! "air con" switch doesn't do anything. Found out one of the power sockets didn't work, when may laptop had no charge in the morning. Breakfast buffet average. some staff very charming and doing their best despite a hotel failing around them. two members of staff the rudest i have ever found in a hotel. No kettle in bedrooms. I wondered for a minute if i was being filmed for a prank show. Never again.
