Wish we could have stayed more but we got our flight delayed and our stay cut but the staff accommodated that and waited for us. Such a beautiful property close to everything!

Amazing ancient palace building and room with four poster bed. Reception not open all the time and so good to give them approximate time of arrival- I didn't and so when I got text asking while travelling on motorbike I didn't hear it! However phone number of reception told of number to ring and reception lady came very quickly. Bed a bit creaky. Parked the motorbike on the street and that was fine. Breakfast a tad plain in cafeteria downstairs- no fruit or yogurt! Quiet location at night.

This hotel is central to all the bars and restaurants but just far enough away also to not be disturbed by them. Fantastic staff but you will have to brush up on your Spanish :) We stayed here for Fiesta weekend for the last 3 years now. You wont believe the history of the building either. It is like staying in a piece of history. Breakfast in the courtyard is a real treat and you can imagine this happening for hundreds of years as its life as a little palace. Truly real Spain here so if you want to experience Spanish life you couldn't ask for a better location.

We loved everything about this hotel. It felt perfectly Spanish. The building is ancient, and the hotel is so charming... the walls are old stone; the floors are beautifully preserved antique wood. The curtains are hand-made linen. But the beds are great, the sheets are crisp and soft; the towels are snowy and huge; the pillows are soft and plentiful. The room was way nicer than the low price deserved. The courtyard is gorgeous, and breakfast is in a great little cafe.

Hotel palacio muy bonito y buena ubicación. Dos tramos de escaleras para llegar s la habitación. La cama muy incómoda, dura y bastante inestable. La limpieza en general bien. El baño regular, la ducha con poca presión, el enganche de la alcachofa no soporta el peso... En fin, esperábamos algo mejor.

Me ha gustado mucho el sitio y la ubicación. Las camas eran cómodas y el hotel super tranquilo.

Hyggeligt hotel. Sengene var gode hvis vi så bort fra at man var ved at falde ud af sengen når den anden vendte sig. Kirkeklokker der slog 4 gange i timen døgnet rundt og ingen Air condition så er der ulideligt varmt selv om altandør er åben.

Hotel con mucho encanto, muy bonito al ser edificio histórico. Servicio impecable con muy buen desayuno incluido. Excelente ubicación también. El único punto a mejorar serían las almohadas, demasiado blandas y bajas.

Totalmente bien, excepto por la Wifi que no iba muy bien. Más bien, tirando a mal. Lo demás todo OK.

Muy bien. Muy rápido el check in. Buen trato y buen desayuno, como en casa, sin excentricidades, pero todo lo que quieras. Personal muy amable.

Excelente hotel, perfectamente situado y con mucho encanto.

Me gusto el trato del personal, la chica que nos recibió por la tarde fue un encanto, muy amable y servicial a la par que muy muy agradable. El desayuno muy rico también. No nos gusto la habitación, si bien hay que entender que es un edifico del siglo XV o XVI, lo de tener que ducharse entre la taza del WC y el lavabo choca un poco. Los muebles descuidados etc. Tiene mucho margen de mejora y mucho potencial.

Esperaba más a tenor fe las opiniones de otros usuarios, pero algunas cosas me han decepcionado, como que el propio cliente tenga que ir encendiendo las luces por los pasillos hasta llegar a la habitación asignada, un mucroondas y otros electrodonédticos en un pasillo, una recepción os ura y desangelada, precio alto para la calidad percibida. Creo que no se aprovechado adecuadamente el magnífico edificio donde está ubicado.

Increíble para la familia, de lujo!!!

No tuvimos ningún problema para salir antes de abrir la recepción. La ciudad está muy bien para pasar unos días tranquilos.

Un lugar encantador con trato de 5 estrellas.
