Need pest control to clean up cockroaches and their friends.

For a 5-star hotel, I found the rooms and elevators a bit dated, and some of the furniture and equipment also looked dated. The elevators were old. Sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on, and by the time we reached our floor, they were often already full. Furthermore, the elevators felt hot and stuffy, making them uncomfortable. The blower above the stove was also dirty and covered in dust. I was a bit worried that the dust might get on the food while we were cooking. Furthermore, the blower wasn't working optimally. When I was cooking fried rice with my wife, the smoke drifted into the living room, so I had to open the window for a few minutes to let the smoke escape. Furthermore, the shower door in the bathroom outside the room was very difficult to open and close. It required considerable force each time. In my opinion, this shower door definitely needed repair. The rooms other than the master bedroom only had a desk and drawers. I wasn't sure what they were actually used for. If they were meant to be a study, they should have had a chair. In the end, every time I wanted to use the table, I had to carry a chair from the dining table. I think this should be provided for a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, sometimes the cleaning staff didn't stock up on toiletries, like shower caps and cotton swabs. We had to ask for them before they were given them. I think for a 5-star hotel, things like this are crucial and shouldn't be overlooked. But overall, the rooms at the Aryaduta are large, spacious, and very comfortable. If some of these things could be improved, the experience would definitely be much better.

The hotel environment is pleasant, with a large pool and plenty of dining options nearby (near the mall), and a view of the city lights. However, the elevator rides are incredibly long, taking around 15-20 minutes, and the elevator often malfunctions. The room smells a bit like cigarette smoke.

The place was actually really nice, but unfortunately, the breakfast menu lacked variety and the taste was mediocre. Furthermore, some of the furnishings in the room were worn and dirty, and there were even ants.

The service was quite responsive, although a bit hampered by the limited number of elevators. The room was clean, although the furnishings were old. There were only a few small insects (cockroaches) in the room. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Huge cockroach problem, they were everywhere. Even at night, they would climb in bed.

The location is strategic & the city view is cool, unfortunately there are lots of cockroaches & the elevator is queued, especially during peak hours like breakfast & checkout.

I like it. The location is strategically located in the city center, so you can go straight to CFD. It was just that it was really busy yesterday, so the elevator line was long and the wait was a bit long, which made it a bit uncomfortable. But so far so good.

Great service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food. Overall, it's great.

Aryaduta Hotel is an old property, but overall it is okay for a short stay. The rooms and facilities feel dated, but the location is convenient and the basic services are acceptable.

For food, there is less variety, a little.

Only able to check-in at 14.30 because the room wasn't ready yet.

Overall, it was very good, but any damaged property needs to be replaced immediately. The hotel door should be replaced if it won't close. Otherwise, it was excellent: the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and welcoming. Close access to everything.
