All good, the service is ok, the food is delicious, you didn't choose the wrong place

When I first checked in, I was assigned to Room 511. At first impression, the room was great—very spacious, and the bathroom was large and equipped with a bathtub, which I appreciated. However, I had specifically booked a king or queen bed. Unfortunately, Room 511 had a Hollywood bed (two single beds pushed together), which I personally dislike. I contacted the reception to ask whether another room of the same type was available but with a proper king or queen bed. Thankfully, they were able to move me to Room 510. While the room size was noticeably smaller compared to the previous one, at least I got the bed type I wanted. That said, considering this is an older hotel managed (or “curated”) by Artotel, I feel there are still many aspects that need more serious attention. The bathroom condition in Room 510 was not up to standard, and the breakfast menu selection was quite limited and could definitely be improved. Overall, I have to say I was rather disappointed. Would I stay here again? Honestly, with the price listed on Traveloka, I believe there are better options available. Sorry 🙏

For a 3-star hotel, this is really good in terms of facilities, service, location, and service. The security guard was quick to help with the trolley, the front office (Miss Icha) was very helpful in giving me a deposit refund when I was busy putting on my child's shoes on the seat (not the one who waited to be approached 🥹, the mothers were very helpful. Stay healthy, Miss!). The location is really strategic, close to everywhere. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel, try staying here.

The location is very strategic, close to Bandung station. The food is standard hotel food, not much variety. But overall, it's okay.

Very comfortable to be in the middle of the city

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the food is varied and quite tasty.

A legendary hotel that is still very comfortable and I just found out that 9square moved to the basement of this hotel. When I was young, I had a lot of memories when I was in Sulanjana.

The toilet is clean and fragrant, the corridor is also clean, the room is clean, the breakfast food is delicious and there are many choices, next time I want to stay here again because it is close to Braga and the city center

My suggestion for the TV is, can it not be WiFi or video-based? At least it should be satellite TV, for example, like Okvision or K-Vision. And for the WiFi, it's not very fast because the network is a bit slow. The bathroom furniture is complete. And I also like the bottles in the bathroom, they are 2 in shampoo and soap. Thank you for your attention and suggestions/criticism from me.

Have stayed here before and come back again because the hotel never disappoints.

Located in the city center, close to the station and souvenir shops. Early check-in and late check-out requests are available. The restaurant offers delicious and varied cuisine.

The price is commensurate with the condition. The floor in the room wasn't clean, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

It's a shame the hotel service is lacking, when I checked in the room still smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts that hadn't been thrown away near the window, plus towels weren't available from the time I registered until around 5 pm when they were delivered to the room, and those were the striped towels from the swimming pool.

The staff are lovely, the service is excellent. You get free honeymoon decorations. The location is in the heart of the city. You can walk to Braga, hehe!

cleanliness is not paid attention to

Got a room that was quite problematic, the water smelled, the bathtub leaked, my friend's room also had a problem with the sink, but the hotel team was quite fast in responding and friendly. The fried rice was delicious.

The used room service plates were left outside the room and were not immediately cleaned up. Although they weren't their own, they were a bit unsightly for us new guests who were staying. But other than that, it was great. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean, although some parts were worn out, such as the bathroom door, the bottom part of which was a little loose. But the other room facilities were okay. The Wi-Fi was fast and the hot water was flowing smoothly.
