When I first checked in, I was assigned to Room 511. At first impression, the room was great—very spacious, and the bathroom was large and equipped with a bathtub, which I appreciated. However, I had specifically booked a king or queen bed. Unfortunately, Room 511 had a Hollywood bed (two single beds pushed together), which I personally dislike.
I contacted the reception to ask whether another room of the same type was available but with a proper king or queen bed. Thankfully, they were able to move me to Room 510. While the room size was noticeably smaller compared to the previous one, at least I got the bed type I wanted.
That said, considering this is an older hotel managed (or “curated”) by Artotel, I feel there are still many aspects that need more serious attention. The bathroom condition in Room 510 was not up to standard, and the breakfast menu selection was quite limited and could definitely be improved.
Overall, I have to say I was rather disappointed. Would I stay here again? Honestly, with the price listed on Traveloka, I believe there are better options available. Sorry 🙏
