Very comfortable to be in the middle of the city

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the food is varied and quite tasty.

A legendary hotel that is still very comfortable and I just found out that 9square moved to the basement of this hotel. When I was young, I had a lot of memories when I was in Sulanjana.

The toilet is clean and fragrant, the corridor is also clean, the room is clean, the breakfast food is delicious and there are many choices, next time I want to stay here again because it is close to Braga and the city center

My suggestion for the TV is, can it not be WiFi or video-based? At least it should be satellite TV, for example, like Okvision or K-Vision. And for the WiFi, it's not very fast because the network is a bit slow. The bathroom furniture is complete. And I also like the bottles in the bathroom, they are 2 in shampoo and soap. Have stayed here before and come back again because the hotel never disappoints.

Located in the city center, close to the station and souvenir shops. Early check-in and late check-out requests are available. The restaurant offers delicious and varied cuisine.

The price is commensurate with the condition. The floor in the room wasn't clean, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

It's a shame the hotel service is lacking, when I checked in the room still smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts that hadn't been thrown away near the window, plus towels weren't available from the time I registered until around 5 pm when they were delivered to the room, and those were the striped towels from the swimming pool.

The staff are lovely, the service is excellent. You get free honeymoon decorations. The location is in the heart of the city. You can walk to Braga, hehe!

cleanliness is not paid attention to

Got a room that was quite problematic, the water smelled, the bathtub leaked, my friend's room also had a problem with the sink, but the hotel team was quite fast in responding and friendly. The fried rice was delicious.

The used room service plates were left outside the room and were not immediately cleaned up. Although they weren't their own, they were a bit unsightly for us new guests who were staying. But other than that, it was great. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean, although some parts were worn out, such as the bathroom door, the bottom part of which was a little loose. But the other room facilities were okay. The Wi-Fi was fast and the hot water was flowing smoothly.

Room 515, the bathtub was full of small cockroaches and clogged. The sink was also clogged. The ceiling and paint in the room were not the same color and looked dirty.

Overall, it was really good. The staff were friendly, it was clean, and it smelled good. However, the glass was still a bit oily. There was a hair in my omelet during breakfast. But everything else was really good.
