The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest.

Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Excellent service and good food. Only disappointment was that we asked for a lower floor and were allocated a top floor room. Beautiful, comfortable, clean room, but we had to keep the curtains closed and we could not use the balcony because of my fear of heights.

This was a really terrible experience. The toilet broke twice, there were shower issues. The restaurant does not treat non-italian speakers very well. I felt very judged and unwelcomed. They made me switch rooms in the middle of the night and directed me to a room that was under construction. Not a great place to stay.

Great spa on two floors, four saunas, thermal baths. A real treat. Views of the hills around. Large buffet breakfast and dinner, free meremda in afternoon.

This was an exceptional location for a family holiday. Amenities were excellent and food was delicious. The hotel is centrally located and staff were very pleasant. Overall a most enjoyable stay.

Struttura curata nei dettagli e nelle attenzioni al cliente. SPA grande e varia in parte riammodernata dove necessitava.

Nice hotel in a nice holiday city. Restaurant had nice tasty food but served fast assembly-line style without passion. Reception was nice and very helpfull.

Camere spaziose ,comode ,letto grande e confortevole. Bagno ok,senza finestra. Personale perfetto! Spa ottima,acqua sempre in temperatura ottimale. Parcheggio ok Pasti ottimi Colazione di qualità, unico appunto: i piatti troppo piccoli non vanno bene. Struttura straconsigliata ! Eccellente!!!

La posizione è ottima. Ci ha molto sorpreso la qualità della colazione, in particolare le torte ed i cornetti. La merenda che è stata offerta in veranda (ottimo yogurt fresco e muffin squisiti) è stata una sorpresa molto gradita. Il signore alla reception è stato estremamente cortese e professionale. Abbiamo colto l'opportunità con un piccolo sovrapprezzo di posticipare il check out alle ore 14, usufruendo così di un'altra giornata di spa. Utilissima la possibilità di parcheggiare. Di notte un silenzio assoluto che, insieme al materasso ben rigido e ad un triplo cuscino, garantiscono davvero un buon riposo. Bagnini educati, gentili e solerti. La Spa al piano -2 è sicuramente in condizioni di gran lunga migliori rispetto al piano -1 che necessita di ristrutturazione (e credo che lo stiano facendo), così come sarebbe necessario un po' più di attenzione alla manutenzione delle camere (davvero piccoli dettagli). Avrei molto gradito un bollitore per il caffè, come peraltro descritto sui siti. Un piacevolissimo soggiorno nel complesso
