Hello, we stayed here for our vacation with two children. Overall we were very satisfied...kitchen could be better equiped but other then this everything was really fine. The staff was really great, every time we were passing around they were smiling and helpful.

Very happy with our stay. Bus stop nearly at the door of the hotel. Staff very helpful and nice. We had realy good time in Rimini and will definitely be back.

As ever, great welcome and friendly attentive service. Breakfast selection good.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Room's small and furnishings old. It was not clear that parking was not included in our booking, but suggestions were offered. This was definitely not what I would describe as a 4-star hotel, maybe 3. Too expensive for what we got. Staff was friendly.

We just stayed for one night but appreciated the friendly check-in service, curbside check-in, proximity to the beach and local cuisine. Parking not included.

Hotel Stuff are nice, kind, work very hard. We've stayed 4th floor, but we found some ants everyday... even bed rooms, kitchen, bathroom, everywhere.... Except for that, perfect.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. On site parking helped even if we had to pay for it. Great location, close to the beach with little shops and restaurants within walking distance.

7 days stay in a friendly atmosphere, with nothing too much trouble for the staff. Miramar is a bit rundown, but there are restaurants aplenty and the quality and service is also good. I have no hesitation in recommending the Residence T2 to anyone wanting a good not too expensive hotel.

Hotel was great, very clean and reasonably priced. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Booked in the T2 but were put into another of there hotel next to it. Was very nice, recently renovated right next to beach. The whole family enjoyed the stay

Our room was on the fifth floor and we had two balconies which overlooked the ocean. Bus right out the front which takes you to Rimini, where we caught another bus to visit San Marino. Wish we had more days here!

Asked for sea-view room was promised but not really kept. The staff was friendly, nice area, etc. cosy rooms

Recently stayed for 4 nights, ants in room, shower terrible, air conditioning felt like it was turned off during the day, reception staff are helpful. Would not stay again

clean . beautiful apartment to be honest can be so many good things to say about this hotel that will take me a while so i'll do it short the best hotel apartment ever highly recommended you will love it we met this amazing receptionist she was working every morning she is absolutely amazing thx to hotel residence T2 we had an amazing honeymoon ....

The staff on the reception were very helpful but other than that not much ! We had to complain as we only had one chair one glass 3 hangers between us the shower wouldnt stay in the holder the glass door which seperates the bathroom from the bedroom wouldnt close the safe wasnt attached to anything so could just lift it up and take it then the safe wouldnt open and had to use the hotels master key our room was not swept the during the 8 days we stayed there the balconey was filthy had never seen a mop (before we arrived and the whole of our stay) would not return location was good for beach

this is a very nice to stay,bus stop right outside that takes you up to the town centre and the train station two minutes to thbeach out the front and two minutes to a cheep supermarket at the back breakfast is a buffet and is ok to keep you going staff are very helpfull and room was very good

Il residence si trova in buona posizione, sulla seconda linea rispetto al fronte mare. La presenza della struttura in prima linea limita la vista mare anche dai piani più alti, ma la zona arretrata ha il vantaggio di essere silenziosa e tranquilla, pur essendo a soli 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Comodo il garage sotteraneo a pagamento, in fascia medio-alta per il territorio. La Junior Suite (sulla carta per 2 adulti + 1 bambino) è composta da una contenutissima camera matrimoniale + una piccola zona giorno dove trova posto anche il 3° letto; a separare i due ambienti un armadio a tutta altezza che rende il tutto piuttosto angusto e claustrofobico. Il cucinino ridotto al minimo e la mancanza di sufficienti spazi contenitivi un po' in tutto il locale non agevolano soggiorni lunghi. In compenso il bagno è ampio e ben concepito. Graditissimo il balconcino annesso alla zona giorno, arredato con tavolinetto e 2 sedie. Comodo e funzionale anche il doppio ascensore panoramico che collega i piani direttamente con il garage. Nella norma le pulizie, previste giornalmente nelle zone comuni e settimanalmente negli alloggi privati.
