Located near city street car. 10 minutes from Shinkensen station in Kagoshima. Covenience shops next door. Huge plazas at station for shopping. Staff very helpful. Breakfast included in room cost. I would stay again without any hesitation.

Good location and nice staff.

Location : just few mins walk away from tenmonkan Station. Conveniently located in shopping area. Donki is also just opposite! Room & facilities: bed is comfortable & nice amenities (skincare by DHC) available at the lobby. There is also water dispenser in the lobby Free breakfast is delicious as well Negative is only that the room given is right in front of the elevator so whole night i can hear the elevator bell ring. Very hard to sleep. Avoid room 211 at all cost!

Non smoking room but rack with a bit of smoke smell which is tolerable. Hotel room compact and small but it has everything. Near temmokan walking street. 3 tram stops from kagoshima-chuo JR station. Good thing it comes with hearty local breakfast which is tasty and filling.

Rather affordable, clean, and friendly. The staff were very nice during check-in and check-out. The rooms were a bit old but were quite clean. It also had nice amenities.

Great Value, clean

Typical Toyoko Inn setting…clean, safe, well equipped, (good) breakfast included. The hotel is located a short walk from the Temmonkan area which is great for shopping, dinning and a few drinks at night. You can even walk 15 mins to the pier and hop on a ferry to Sakurajima, the volcano island with great onsens. It is also easily access from the airport bus station. Just a two minutes walk distance. One thing to bear in mind, if you are not a Toyoko Inn member. The normal check in time is at 4pm for non members, while members can check in at 3pm. I think the other hotel chains such as APA allows you to check in at 3pm regardless. That's something you might want to note. Nevertheless, this is still a solid and fool-prove hotel that i will recommend to anyone.

Clean hotel near shopping and food outlets

Convenient and close to shopping area. Good deal with affordable price with breakfast included. The only thing is the safety box in the room is not working.

良くも悪くも普通のビジホ。 お手軽価格で無料の朝食も地域メニューがあるので機会があればリピはするけど、特段良いとかではない。 添い寝の子ども用の部屋置きアメニティが用意されていなかったのが不満といえば不満です。

家族4人でお世話になりました。 朝ごはん少し混雑していましたが、十分な内容で満足です。 天文館がすぐ近くの為、夜ご飯も困りませんでした。 ベットも固さがよくてぐっすり寝れました。 この値段で泊まることができて満足です。

朝食時混雑したこと以外、問題ありませんでした。

フロントの女性も親身に接客してくださるので、安心出来るとおもいます。また、女性の宿泊の方も見受けられたので、やはり良いホテルなのでは。。。 更に、会員カードを薦めてもらい、このカードがあると全国の東横は割引になるようですよ
