Very pleasant experience.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable because it was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. I can't really speak about the rest of the room's cleanliness because I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. We had a very very bad time. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early because we didn't sleep. Even if it was a non-smoking room, I don't think I would stay here again because of the bed.

Front desk staff were very quick, attentive, and helpful with check in and any requests, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The room was comfortable and clean. I would easily come here again.

Its all good until the 3rd day the staff woke me up because they knew it was my last day but its not . I was staying there for 5days.. i hope its not gonna happen again .

Value for $. Staff was helpful and friendly. They gave us a smoking room. When we said we needed a non- smoking room, they accommodated. Just remember that the Japanese operate like clockwork. Checkin at 4pm mean 4pm. Breakfast closed at 9:30 and it will close at 9:30 sharp. If you are a minute late .... too bad.

スタッフの対応が機敏でとても良かった。 たまたま工事をしていて駐車場が使用出来なかったが近くの駐車場を沢山紹介していただき、安く利用出来た。ツインだったけど思っていたより広かった。

学生1人での宿泊でしたが特に困ったこともなく安心して過ごせました

市内宿泊の点でリーズナブル 朝食は時間帯次第では混雑するため、チェックイン時に時間帯選択の予約制を導入する事を提出します。

朝食バイキングがついているのがありがたいです。無料だから期待もしていませんでしたがしっかり食べることができ大満足でした。

受付や朝食の時などスタッフの皆さんがとても感じの良い対応をしてくれたので気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。

A pesar de ser uno de los hoteles más baratos que reservamos en nuestro viaje por Japón, no supuso una menor calidad en comparación con otros más caros. La habitación era un poco más pequeña, pero nada que fuese incómodo.
