Unplanned stay but disappointing, The bathroom had a strong urine smell. The bed was a hard as a board and the room did not keep out noise (trains or people)

The breakfast was fulfilling prior to traveling.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast tastes great, the bed is a little hard but it's comfortable, the television is good and easy to use. Night is a little cold in winter if you don't use the air conditioner but it's not a big deal

I love this place. Because the hotel only 5 mins walk to Saitama 新都心 station. The breakfast is local style Japanese good. I will stay there again if i come to Saitama

No English speaker at the facility They ask me for my passport to let me check in At the moment I don’t have my passport with me and lady on the front desk didn’t want to let me check in. I pretty much needed to beg her to give me the room. I ask her to make the refund if she was not gonna let me stay in the hotel and she said no. Because according to the Expedia rules was no cancelations. So when I ask her where it said in my Expedia booking where it says that I needed to provide my passport to check in she said “ I don’t know about Expedia rules. I give her my driver license and my credit card as collateral and even like that she didn’t want to let me check in Very frustrating specially being in an emergency situation .,

Stopover close to the train station and to a shopping centre. It was convenient for us. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast.

It's a business/ budget hotel, so can't expect a lot. But, room still smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking. Location is decent as it is next to the mall, but it's still a short tax ride away from JLR station. Breakfast is very average.

埼玉スーパーアリーナからとても近く、アクセスが良いので初めてでも迷うことなくライブを楽しむ事ができました！ お部屋も清潔に保たれていて快適でした。 また利用したいです。

ライブ会場が近く、駅も近いので便利だった。

ツインのお部屋はシンプルでそんなに広いとは言えませんが、清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 1泊7千円台で無料朝食付きはとても有難かったです。 目的地のさいたまスーパーアリーナもすぐそこで、駅にも近く立地がいいので、また利用したいと想いました。

朝食無料なのが良かった

以前、別の東横INNに泊まった時同様に部屋の広さやサービスなどは文句無しの満足。 施設周辺の飲食店の種類が少し少なく感じた以外は満足です。

部屋が清潔に掃除してあり、スタッフも親切に対応してくれたので、居心地が良かったです。

さいたまスーパーアリーナを利用したので宿泊先に選びました。とても満足です。ベッドのコイルの音が気になりましたが、値段を考えると問題ありません。朝食が工事のため、出来なかったので変わりにパンとコーヒー、スープが配られましたが、カフェインを控えていたので、ジュースがあればよかったと思いました。

急な予約でもお部屋が空いてて助かりました
