Staff was unhelpful and a lot of amenities listed aren’t actually there

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Are was a little far from the center of Madrid, but the pricing made up for it.

The hotel was very small and check in was bad service,the first hour there they hotel stuff had the electricity off to fix and issues in the hotel, honestly will never return there.

Please note that in the description it says breakfast is available, which is false.

Nice personal and professional

The hotel was on construction and there was dust everywhere.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and facilities stated on their website were not available, for example laundry services. Throughout our stay of 9 nights, housekeeping was only done once. Toilet was extremely smelly as well.

Very clean installations

I enjoyed this hotel because of the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and it felt homey.

Necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero.. llegue y resulta que no pude hospedarme porque debido a las lluvias no estaba habitable el lugar.. indicaron que me devolverían mi dinero y hasta el momento espero la devolución

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

Still waiting for my refund

Un sitio tranquilo aseado y con gran accesibilidad.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

Poor maintenance, needs a good investment in renewal. My room had a leek in the corner, already dry but still without fixing
