Room was clean and spacious, the facilities for kids are brilliant, welcome drinks on Sunday was a lovely touch. Only downside was the swimming pool which is beautiful is too cold.

This hotel has the potential of being a good choice for the area. It has great kids facilities although I don't think the hotel likes children very much. The hotel has been let down by appalling management and service. You might have a stress-free stay if you have no need to communicate with staff. However if you are unfortunate enough to have any needs or interactions with reception and/or management (especially Theresa), be prepared to have your experience turned upside down. Personally I would prefer to pay extra and stay in a hotel with a better customer service ethos and where the staff have been trained how to/not to speak to guests. It's very upsetting when management show little respect to their paying customers and are unable to show restraint when it comes to communication. (I would like to point out at this stage that there was one staff member - Sebastian - who I believe was delightful. He is new, young and probably not yet influenced by the hostile example of his colleagues).

The property was very located between the main skiing areas.

I loved this hotel-it has a lovely warm welcome and although the decor is a little dated it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The staff were so friendly and helpful.Its position was perfect with the local bus stop outside and easy walking distance to either Klosters Platz or Klosters Dorf where you could catch a train to go further afield or grab a bite to eat.We stayed over Christmas and the atmosphere was magical.I would definitely return.I travelled with my wife and 2 teenaged children and we all enjoyed.

We stayed over Easter with our 2 children and some friends who also had children. It's great for families with an excellent swimming pool, including a children's pool, a well-equipped and clean playroom, sledges, children's meals, even a bowling alley. It's very large and spread out which makes it difficult/impossible to leave the children in the bedroom whilst you go off for dinner/breakfast unless you have a baby sitter. It's reasonably well located, being very close to the bus stop, but not in the centre of town, and they do have a free shuttle bus. It's a very good value three star hotel and the rooms are decorated accordingly. Of course they could be more comfortable and luxurious but they are good value and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the plumbing works well. The food is very good. This is much better (and more expensive) than three star and the restaurant is a quality restaurant in its own right.

Amazing for families with children of all ages

The hotel obviously dates back several decades but the facilities are fine. The staff is helpful and the food was good in the Buenderstuebli. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a minibar. Would have preferred extra pillows. Room very warm. Towels were a bit thin.

One downside is poor breakfast/no hot foor , no room service.

The hotel is very good located in the village next to the bus stop to the ski slopes. There are a lot of amenities included like whirlpool, sauna, solarium etc. Service is good and very friendly. The rooms are a little bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Great facilities and very helpful receptionists. I am not sure if eating in the restuarant in the best deal.

Tolles 3* Hotel mit sehr hohem Standard! Ich bewohnte ein EZ mit Balkon, sehe sonnig Nr. 221 sehr zu empfehlen. Grosses Hallenbad! G Perfekte Anbindung an ÖV! Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür.

Hotel bien situé, à 5 minutes en bus des pistes. super équipée pour les familles et personnel au top! Pourquoi pas 5 étoiles? Le petit déjeuner est très moyen et le restaurant à peu de capacité, il faut réserver à l’avance, impossible d’y aller quand on le souhaite. Je recommande vivement et je regrette de ne pas l’avoir connu quand mes enfants étaient plus jeunes!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Ein ganz tolles Zimmer. Das ganze Haus ist richtig toll. Sehr kinderfreundlich, trotzdem habe ich mich als allein Reisender sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Pasta-Buffet und auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Schwimmbad ist wunderschön gemacht. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, ich komme sicher mal wieder.

Das relativ neue Duplex Familienzimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig mit schöner Aussicht. Es befindet sich im gleichem Gebäude wie das Hallenbad, das ziemlich gross und genug warm ist.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel. Da wird es auch bei schlechtem Wetter nie langweilig. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Familienzimmer sind schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Zimmer war sehr überheizt, obwohl wie die Regler auf die tiefste Stufe gestellt haben.

Leider führt der Name des Hotels in die Irre. Wir dachten, wir könnten in einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessbereich Sport machen während die Kinder sich in der Playarea vergnügen. Leider handelt es sich bei dem Fitnessraum im Hotel „Sport“ um einen kleinen schlecht lieblosen Raum. Die Hanteln sind bei den Geräten nicht kompatibel, fehlen zum Teil, die Klammern zum Fixieren sind defekt sowie der Turm. Die Uhr benötigt einen Batteriewechsel, es ist kein Laufband vorhanden… Schade. Für die Weiterreise ok aber definitiv nicht als Haupturlaub. Ferner wurden unsere Schlüsselkarten einfach deaktiviert weil man glaubte, wir würden schon abreisen. Standen mit vollgepackt nach einer mehrstündigen Wanderung vor verschlossener Türe aber kein Wort der Entschuldung. Würden nicht wieder buchen.
