We enjoyed the large room tastefully decorated with amenities. Had a little issue with the tv remote which was resolved promptly by the front desk clerk. All staff very friendly and very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location perfect, close to sights and shops.

Absolutely amazing stay for our family. Staff were simply outstanding throughout the hotel. Our best hotel stay ever. Rooms are clean and fresh everyday even if the housekeeping came and you are not ready for your room to be cleaned they will come back later. Just simply inform the front reception. Food at the restaurant in the evening was simply amazing some dish were better then some restaurants we have eaten at. A very special thank you to all the restaurant staff who catered to our 2 young children's food needs nothing was to much for them. Bar is responsible priced and food is offered here to. Car parking can be found at the front and side of the hotel and is safe overnight. They have a amazing swimming pool which for a small fee you can use throught the day which was great. Right in the heart of Batalha you can leave your car at the hotel and walk around pretty much everywhere in the town. Thank you very very much everyone for simply the best holiday my family has had. We are already booking.our next stay with you.

Excellent staff, every single one made me and my colleagues feels like we are at home.

First stay here and it was wonderful. Food was great rooms are big and convenient location. Staff are friendly and courteous. Would recommend it to everyone

Staff very accommodating. Ate dinner in restaurant our first night. Had an 8:30 reservation; it was 10 when we received our food. Beautiful lounge area on second floor where our room was located, but far too hot to sit in. Air conditioner kept off, but property gets rising and setting sun. Room very spacious. Firm bed is great if that’s your preference.
