The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in the area. The breakfast is delicious.

My first stay was very impressive! The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the food was delicious. I will definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The accommodation was good, the location was great, and the room was clean. However, I was a little disappointed that we upgraded to a room with a bathtub in the bathroom, paying extra for the upgrade. Everything in the room was clean, but the smell from the drains coming from the air conditioner was terrible. The hotel only sprayed air freshener, which created a conflicting smell and made things even worse. Once the spray wore off, the drain smell returned. There were no other room types available to change to, which was a huge disappointment.

The room was clean and huge, nice for family vacation. I have stayed here more than 4 times. The food just okay.

1. The mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable; it needs replacing. 2. The drawer was very dirty, with hair and beard fragments. 3. The shower drain isn't working properly. 4. Loud music is playing in the room all night.

Staff and hotel quality amazing for the price, will be back next year.

The room looks old, the furniture is old, when you open it, there is a musty smell, and there is not much breakfast.

Good price, reasonable and not expensive. Book during the promotion period.

First night was shocked. My baby had best time in the bathtub suddenly the clear water turned to brown, muddy pool water and all decorations so scary. Next morning, we wanted to go Khon Kaen Shrine then front officer suggested us to walk due to there is no parking lots but we found big parking lots just closed by the shrine. It was KK so happenings.

The receptionist is cute and well taken care of. The room is spacious. But it may look a bit shabby. The water flows well, the air conditioner is cool, no problem.
