Extremely clean hotel. Don't let the cheap price you this one is the best for budget travellers

The room was nice overall, but unfortunately it was very noisy - you could hear almost everything from outside and nearby rooms.

I believe it is family own, very nice small hotel in very quiet location. Fairly close, walking distance to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and sea shore. Continental breakfast every morning at very reasonable price, swimming pool and super friendly staff. Simple rooms, but you are not going to waste your holiday in Tenerife watching TV in a hotel. Beds are comfortable for good night sleep, hot water in private bathroom keeps you fresh for another joyful day of discovering places, fun and fantastic food.

nice staff, amazing value, parking potentially an issue if hotel is full (but parking is just on the street), some lady from the neighborhood was borderline harassing so not sure what that was about but not in a central "tourist" area... cleaning chemicals are crazy intense, careful if you're allergic or sensitive. basically it's a typical kind of building, so no sound isolation and staff leave at 10:30 pm so rowdy guests anywhere in the hotel will be heard clearly and nobody will stop them. all that said, the price makes up for everything (28 euros a night)

I stayed from August 26 to August 30. It was peak season, but it was relatively cheap, so I didn‘t have high expectations, but it was a single room with a bathroom and toilet that I could use alone, and the owner was very kind. I asked if there was a coffee pot because I needed to drink hot water, and they brought it to my room so I could use it. And the hotel was located in a relatively quiet residential area, so it was the perfect place to relax as originally planned. There was also a well-maintained swimming pool that was open from 10:00 to 19:00, and the view of Mt. Teide from the rooftop was amazing. It was a very satisfying trip, and if I come back to Tenerife, I will definitely book and stay there again. Highly recommended👍🏽
