Great for kids, all the staff are friendly. Thank God we were able to check in at 2. I only got a leaky AC room in 6322, but it was okay. As for the indoor playground, the AC was really hot, only blowing air and it was a bit dirty. The swimming pool was a bit shabby, but still comfortable. The food was all delicious. If you bring your kids here, they will definitely be happy.

This was my first time at Lorin Sentul. I was supposed to check in at 3, probably because the room was ready so I could check in early at 2. The room was quite spacious and clean. The facilities were quite complete, there were 3 swimming pools. What I liked was that the children's pool had a guardrail, so I didn't have to worry too much if my children swam without me joining them. The breakfast menu was varied and quite tasty. Oh yeah, there was a fitness room too, I wanted to use the treadmill but I didn't bring shoes. Hehehe.

Overall, everything was okay. The facilities were quite complete, the staff were friendly, and there were many kids' activities. However, we got a room on the 9th floor below the ballroom, which was very noisy when someone was setting up for an event or when an event was happening. Otherwise, it was very pleasant.

I had a truly memorable stay here. Upon getting out of the car, the staff immediately greeted us, who helped us and showed us where the kids were waiting. The room was quite spacious and reasonably priced. While we were at the pool, the receptionist contacted us via WhatsApp to have fruit delivered to our room. There are plenty of activities for the kids, especially on weekends. Breakfast was included, with a wide selection of menu options. Definitely recommend returning.

The room is spacious and has a long sofa. It's not bad if you have 3 kids so someone can sleep on the sofa, haha. The AC is very cold. It's just an old hotel building, but it's still comfortable. When you want to watch Netflix at night, you ask for help setting it up and the staff comes quickly. It's fun for a staycation with the kids. There are kids' activities, such as a firefighter simulation and riding a fire truck. It's really fun and unique. The breakfast has a very Indonesian theme, the taste is delicious but I would like to have something western. There are also lots of snacks not far from the hotel. Thanks Lorin Hotel, always be successful and hopefully the service will get better. TOP
