A five star hotel!!!

I never write reviews, but I had to for Hotel Capri because it is fantastic. The hotel is clean, well maintained and looks newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s also a perfect location as it was walking distance to town center, the train station, and the ferry. The best part of my families’ experience was the hotel manager, Miss Teresa. She was very attentive, responsive, and treated us like family. Every time we saw Miss Teresa, she always made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is very modern, well presented and in a great location. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room was lovely, and had a great view over the pool. Only negative was the room size it was a little small and lacked shelving/storage but other wise it was fantastic. We would 100% recommended staying here and if we come back to Sorrento we will be rebooking the Hotel Capri.

It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go..

Overall Nice hotel. Bonus of outdoor pool. There is a good breakfast selection. Standard rooms are fairly small. Communication could do with improvement.

Great location near the center of town and easy walking distance to the Sorrento station and ferry terminal. The room was efficient and spotless, the breakfast service was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind at all times.

Great location within the town.

First room was too small, but Theresa made it right on third day. Theresa was very nice and accommodating, but the other reception girls could be a little friendlier. I was going to find another hotel, but Theresa saved the day.
