Other hotels have mini refrigerator in room, drinks and bottled water already placed in room but Andy hotel has no gap, no coffe in the room usually other hotels are already set up, no heater for hot water if a guest wants to drink, no complementary, no one assists the arrival guest. which usually in hotels there really is, no costumer service verry POOR. yung LOBBY ng hotel parang canten lang .other thing hnd malinis ang bath room.
