Overall, it's okay. Clean rooms, good service, a clean swimming pool, a varied menu, the onde2 and potato croquettes are the best. The pastries are also delicious. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was my reservation for two rooms, for four adults and two children, ages 5 and 7. Traveloka stated that children are free of charge. Upon entering the restaurant, the room was checked and the number of people was counted. My child and nephew had to have their height calculated and paid for one toddler, while the 7-year-old had to pay the full price because he was over 130cm tall (maybe?). I added a fee for my brother who was joining me for breakfast that morning. My nephew came to the restaurant because he didn't want to be left in his room, but he had to pay the full price. Even though Traveloka stated that one room for two adults and one child is free of charge. That morning was chaotic because my child had a tantrum. I didn't have time to protest anymore, so I just paid. Traveloka and the hotel would like to ask for more information about the staff and their policies, as I feel disadvantaged. The room is quite comfortable and has a smart TV, the balcony faces the restaurant area, the surrounding area is also comfortable and strategic.

First time trying to stay here, highly recommended, the staff are very friendly, every day the room is cleaned/tidied without being asked, the breakfast menu is all delicious, the location is very close to the Pasteur toll gate, to Lembang or the city center is also quite close
