Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food.

Great facilities, restaurant within is very expensive, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great. Watch out for the hidden tax upon check out that we weren't told about when we checked in. An onsen tax even though we didn't use the onsen.

Great hotel with an excellent scenic view. Amazing food at the breakfast buffet and the Japanese restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family.

The bar was only open 2 hours a day. Only two restaurants open, hard to get a reservation. The breakfast buffet was expensive, there was no alacarte alternative. The pool area was very nice, well staffed, but you were not allowed to eat or drink there. Very limited tourism transportation, no cabs after 5pm. If you go here plan well ahead for tourism.

Overall beautiful property literally next to a nice beach. Comfortable rooms and beds, nicer than expected hot spring with rotemburo which you can hear the waves! Also, very nice breakfast buffet. Only downside is the pool which was freezing (colder than the ocean), opens late at 9am, closes for two hours from 5 -7pm and then charges JPY1,000 from 7 - 9pm for a few LED lights

Lovely staff, good breakfast. Pool wasn’t open the beginning of July as we hoped but we could still enjoy the pool deck and the beach and ocean were close by and refreshing to swim in.

Excellent location near ocean, amazing view!

We used the hotel for one night as a break between sightseeing Tokyo and Kyoto. I have a food allergy (wheat allergy+gluten intolerance) and it was no problem to get a nice breakfast. (Staff informed during the checkin day before) A list was handed out to me to compare with all provided foods during the brekfast. The list was marked in green (ok to eat) and red (not ok to eat). In addition to that i got assistance during the brekfast what is ok to choose from. Excellent. Great Hotel, very friendly staff, superior service. Free Transfer shuttle from Hotel to next station. Wonderful location. Beach is very close. The pool size is absolutely ok. There is a onsen but we didn't use it. Room was wonderful. Beds also. Nothing to complain. 酒店大，房間大，露台望海，整體感覺舒服，行街飲食最近是河津，適合自駕遊。

Hotel missed out on our booking and we have to wait for a long time for them to retrieve our booking before we can check in.

Imaihama Tokyu hotel is a beach front resort , situated in kawazu town. Very good location . its located very close to Kawazu Seven water falls , good onsens around, zoo and close to shimoda town Imaihama Tokyo property is clean , but they don't have vegetarian food choice , need to explore out of the property

The ocean view room was very nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and staffs were nice. The only problem was the location. The last shuttle bus from the train station left around 5, and there was no public transportation.

This hotel was the best one we stayed in. Not only was the room huge but they had an onsen right in property. Another big thing for me was they let you do laundry for free with all the products for it too. It's also right on the beach and they offer free lockers and showers!

We enjoyed out stay at Izu Imaihama Tokyu hotel. The staff, Ms Y Tsuchiya was friendly and helpful in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and all the staff are pleasant and polite.
