Every time I go to Kuala Lumpur, if I stay at KL Sentral, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel’s primary advantage is its strategic location near Nu Sentral Mall, KL Sentral, and the bus terminal providing access to Genting Highlands and KLIA. The room was clean and comfortable, contributing positively to the overall stay. However, my bathroom door lock was broken, which affected convenience. In addition, the hotel does not provide a water dispenser. It is recommended that the management consider installing complimentary water dispenser facilities to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

The staff is nice and friendly... but yesterday I got a room with a leaking AC but they immediately changed the room.

The room was clean but quite small, and I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. It made it difficult to relax, especially at night. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the noise and small room size affected the overall comfort of the stay. It was an average experience for me.

Have depo RM50. Staff was friendly, fast & easy check in with the indian girl the only Cons or downside is room facing rear hotel so THERE'S A VERY STRONG ODOR / SMELL (even window closed) of Mamak restaurant cooking which we hardly to sleep even at 3am. Oftentimes awake.

I definitely will return to this hotel. Just walk from/to Sentral station

Clean room and toilet, clean bed sheets and pillow cases, clean towels, minus there is no toothbrush, no prayer mat provided, strategic location, close to KL Sentral, lots of halal food places, pharmacy is also close, friendly receptionist, recommended to stay here, I stayed 3 nights

advantages: 1) clean 2) daily room service 3) good wifi signal disadvantages: 1) Noisy especially in the middle of the night because there is a nasi kandar shop right below the room. The 1st and 2nd nights there were people fighting so I was scared and couldn't sleep 2) The position of the AC is not right so the AC air doesn't reach the bed, so sleeping is uncomfortable because it's hot 3) the restaurant is not integrated with the hotel so for breakfast you have to walk a few hundred meters. The menu choices are few.

Very close to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral... Just a short walk, very close. It's really nice to be close to KL Sentral... You can transit everywhere. If you're coming from KLIA, you can get off at KL Sentral and then just walk to the hotel... Then if you want to go to KLIA, it's the same, just go to KL Sentral, you can take the KLIA Express or take the bus to the airport. The hotel is quite affordable but comfortable enough to rest. There are lots of Indian food restaurants around there. Then if you book with breakfast... You get a meal coupon at a restaurant that has to walk a bit... There are menu options for breakfast. Seven Eleven is around the hotel... Just a short walk. The cleaning service is good, very clean for cleaning the room. Complete toiletries... The AC is very cold... There is an elevator too... Check in is fast, there is a tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, MYR 10 per night that must be paid upon check in... There is free Wi-Fi too. It's good, it's fun to stay there at a very affordable price.
