The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the MRT/LRT station. Getting around is easy. If you want to shop, there's a mall right in front, and if you need anything, there are plenty of shops nearby. There's also a clinic nearby in case anyone suddenly gets sick. Yesterday, a family member suddenly fell ill and went to the clinic for treatment.

The hotel staff was friendly, very kind, and helpful. I asked for the room to be cleaned every day, and they were always willing to do it.

Good location for solo travelers, but bad sleep quality and heavy smoke. The room was clean and the location in KL Sentral / Brickfields is fantastic for solo travelers. However, my stay was quite disappointing. Street noise from night workers and nearby shops lasted well past midnight, disrupting my sleep. More importantly, strong cigarette smoke from the room next door gave me a headache immediately after check-in. The front desk was polite, but told me they couldn't move me due to full occupancy and implied that guest smoking is unavoidable. Hotel management really needs to enforce a strict smoke-free policy with clear penalties. Second-hand smoke is a health hazard, and non-smoking guests deserve clean air. I won't be staying here again.

The room is big and spacious! It has a smart TV so we can watch YouTube and Netflix. The toilet is clean and spacious too. The hotel is nearby NU Sentral/KL Sentral and the KL Monorail train station. Very convenient. Will come again in the future!

I had a great stay in this hotel. I was unfortunately sick, but the staff were very helpful, and the manager was also very helpful and caring towards me as I needed to call emergency care. I really recommend this place and definitely will be back to stay here if I come back to KL.

Overall, it was quite good, but the downside is that check-in is after 3 PM, while other nearby hotels allow check-in at 2 PM.
