There is only one suggestion that I have made several times, namely that the bathroom sink always has no water flowing smoothly and is often blocked.

Feels something weird but can’t describe. There was a netflix on tv but no account registered so unuseful.

Clean, comfortable, close to everywhere.

Breakfast has many choices, very family friendly hotel, just a shame for the receptionist in the lobby is not friendly & when check in during peak hour we were given the key just like that, only explained which room number and which floor, not explained what else is included such as what time breakfast (because there is no free breakfast paper on the key) and there is a welcome drink and wifi is not informed at all. Finally I had to call the receptionist to double check. I checked in on 22 Nov 2025 afternoon, please evaluate the time or maybe increase the number of staff so that during peak hours they can still be friendly and serve well

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the food is quite good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The hotel is surrounded by trees, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy coffee.

Comfortable, fragrant, strategic not far from the destination

It's really good, I've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel and room are clean, the AC cools quickly, and there are no small insects. The breakfast is good, everything is good!

The environment is very calm, the hotel room is also quite spacious and clean, the staff's hustle and bustle deserves a thumbs up especially Mbak Salsa at the reception (fast and responsive and very helpful). The parking lot is spacious and safe.
