Strange check in experience which led to some initial confusion, but

Near everything great showers safe plenty of hot water

The pictures show pool and hot tub and when we asked, they informed us that there is none. The pics are from another spa nearby. We told them based on those pictures we expected pool and hottub and not only no compensation was provided they also responded rudely when we sought some sort of compensation such as including breakfast for our one day stay. Wifi also barely ever worked.

Staff was very nice. Hotel room was clean and no complaints. Nice view to castle and church. Perfect location. Warmly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and well located inside the fortress. Lots of shops, restaurants and others with wonderful people and things to do. We had a great time!!!

We highly recommend Hotel Corte Regina. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely stay there again.

Great place, but parking is a HUGH problem

The hotel is located inside the historical downtown.

Walls are paper thin so not quiet at all. Free parking with good indications. Everything else was great.

Nice room, everything works properly, 3 mins from boats and ferries to travel Lake Garda. Restaurants everywhere. Staff were extremely helpful, we had a very good stay.

Our stay was not so good. The first thing we noticed was that the walls in the bathroom were literally falling in. The room does have A/C, however, when we got back from dinner it stopped working. And let me tell you it was HOT in the room. The problem is no one works there later in the evening/overnight so you’re stuck to deal with it. Not to mention the bathroom was very moldy and didn’t have a clean feel. The location was good, very easy to access sights, shopping, and restaurants.
