La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la atención del personal fue amable en todo momento. Sin embargo, la calle donde se encuentra no nos pareció muy buena y las instalaciones del hotel se ven bastante más antiguas de lo que muestran las fotos. Además, hubo bastante ruido durante el dia y la noche, lo que dificultó nuestro descanso. Entendemos que era nuestra primera vez en la zona y no conocíamos el entorno, pero consideramos importante mencionarlo

The only thing going for it is being well located. Building is old. Room is old. Elevator is old. Bed is old. And the wifi hardly works in the room. There are better hotels within a block or two for the same price.

I stayed there for one night, and didn’t have chance to take its breakfast. The location of the hotel is great for solo traveller.

Wet friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It could use a small fridge. Other than that it was a very good stay

Hard to find. Staff were short and lacked direction skills, and un interested. Couldn't tell me where a bank cash machine was. Then restaurant staff treated me rudly.

Unhelpful staff at reception, no lift within hotel, threadbare linen, unable to open window, superficially clean only, no drinking water or tea/coffee available. Did not look as advertised. Will no be back.

The first night we arrived we were put in a very rundown room,with very bright streetlights and no black out on the curtains.iasked for a better room and was given one and the experience improved, but staff were generally unhelpful, and did as least as possible to assist

I liked this hotel a lot. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english which made things easier for me. I arrived at night and the area was a littlecreepylooking, but when I came out in the morning I found myself in the middle of a bustling shopping area. There were shops and outdoor seating to eat and many venders. I felt very safe in this area and had many places to choose from to eat. The hotel is old and the pictures don't exactly match, but it's clean, it smells clean. My room was freshly painted and looked great in the sunlight. One negative would be that my mattress was lumpy, but I would stay again.

WE WERE VERY ILL WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL IN STORING OUR MEALS OUT AND REHEATING FOR US AS WE COULD BARELY MOVE. BREAKFAST WERE EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

very disappointing, we don't recommend it. PRO: location- only during the day. CON: VERYYY old facilities. poor internet connection poor customer service- I was talking to the receptionist and at the back there were 2 other people talking about us (one of us was a spinach speaker so he understood everything). poor facilities- no window or vent in the bathroom, two power outlets for a room of 3!! NO elevator! when you bring luggage up the stairway the way it's set up- it's a shame. cleanliness- it feels like its only superficial cleanings, under the bed, was dirty' the bathroom was full of mold and the smell was horrible. Thank god it was for one night only.

The hotel is in the middle of the city with an easy access to shops, stores and metro, only a couple of minutes from Plaza de Armas. It’s outdated but clean and the stuff was very friendly and caring and let us check in at 11 am instead of 3 pm absolutely free of charge. Our room on the third floor had a great view on a busy city street (which can be a problem at night because it was very noisy). Breakfast was very good as well (omelette, buns, meats and cheese, etc.). Overall the hotel was a great value.
