Place was very strategic considering it is pretty close to the malls and office on the surrounding radius. The staff was also very friendly. I can't say the same about the room, the door could use some more maintenance. Also don't expect the room to be spacious and the ground floor has no windows. This is a pretty cheap hotel and strategically located near the city center. Your nearest commuting options would be TransJakarta (Karet Bus Stop) and MRT (Bendungan Hilir) by walking for about 5-10 minutes from the hotel. In conclusion, budget friendly hotel and good location in terms of accessibility with the public transportation, malls, shops, and business districts.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, and the location was close to everything. The only downside was that check-in took a long time; I had to check in at 2:00 PM. I couldn't check in until 4:00 PM, and even then, I had to force my way in. Due to the lack of staff and all the rooms being full, they had to clean up first, which was what took so long.

When I wanted to check in, there was no receptionist on standby. There were no bathroom amenities. In the early morning there were noisy sounds (maybe they just came home from clubbing) and the most annoying thing was: in the morning there was renovation work in the next room which was very, very disturbing. Literally the worst experience of me staying in a hotel of my entire life.

What was advertised vs what I got, staff just wokeup when we checked in and was rude and untrained. Also not wearing a proper attire. Traveloka please give me a refund

The shower in the bathroom is not good anymore, the window frame is rotten.

Overall, good hotel for a stay in the heart of Sudirman/Karet. Hopefully, they improve the facilities such as a TV without channels or maybe a timer-enabled AC.
