The hotel is good, quiet location, very close to the bus and train station, food market and shops less the 3 minutes to walk, kettle in room but no sockets near to yar a kettle and luck of sockets by the bed to charge your devices Overall good stay and definitely book again

It was rather outdated and can use some renovation. Room was very small and beds are narrow as well. Faucets in the bathroom was not properly working, I had to call for service help. They did, but it hardly made the situation better. AC was not working, I also asked for help but was said something strange, like don't use it for heat otherwise cold switch acting out. Later on the trip, I learned that some AC setups require all windows to be locked to be functioning. Perhaps that was the reason for its mulfunctioning, but the stuff did not told me about it. On the good side: it was super close to the old town and city market, and a bus and railroad station.

Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time. The rooms are clean, cozy, and in a great location, and the public bus from the hotel to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive.

Close to train station and old city. Also very quiet and comfortable bed. I could also leave my luggage after my one night stay heading back to Kaunas.

Clean room

Strong Wi-Fi and good water pressure, this was a great deal. A short walk to the bus and train station as well as Old Town. Everyone at the reception desk was quite helpful and enthusiastic to give me information when I get questions about dining options or to ask where certain things were.

Everybody here was friendly and quite helpful when I had questions about the area. The AC and water pressure were both great. It's only 7 minutes to the bus and train station, which is an easy walk.

The room was great and very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong and the AC was cold. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when I asked for suggestions for dining options. The breakfast was okay, with a nice selection and quite convenient since I'm an early riser.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and it had a refrigerator. The air conditioning is excellent. We didn’t have the breakfast. However, just around the corner is a grocery and the market. The market has amazing baked goods and the are reasonably priced.

The City Gate hotel is one of my two go-to places in Vilnius. As its name implies, it's right outside the city gate of the old town. The rooms are interesting with varied layouts. They are always nice and clean with comfortable beds. I highly recommend the excellent breakfast.

Very cozy with local bars and food within meters. I found it a great starting point for my own walking adventures through the old town.
