Ok place if going through

It was hot and humid. Room not super clean floors.

There was on site parking which was just as well as the surrounding area felt very unsafe. Bar and restaurant on site good and room adequate. Not sure about easy exit in case of fire

The property is dated but in good shape. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice Hotel. Bit out the way from town centre but buses are frequently and its not a bad walk. Have to get buzzed in and out through electric gates. Not sure y gives u impression u might be in dodgy area. But was fine..

Friendly Staff Easy Check in. Basic and Clean. Not close to walk anywhere. Bus stop out the front of the property.

Nice and polite staff. During the night some other people staying in the hotel were noisy and it was difficult to sleep.

A bit too far from the city center. I had to figure out a bus line, which picks up and drops off several blocks into the nearby neighborhood, not on the way. The walk is at least a half hour. The guy at the front desk was not friendly. He was short and irritable. The room was adequate, with good A/C and hot water. The area felt safe.

Overall, it exceeded my expectation.

Dated rooms, and basic beds, but clean and decent for a night or two. Very limited onsite parking, that was already full upon our arrival. On the plus side, it is close to Port Aventura, and Ionity got a fast EV charging between hotel and Port Aventura, that was perfect for our trip.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was OK for me as I like to walk so the 50minute walk to the harbour was OK. Bed was comfortable. Decor was a little dated. Shower was inadequate as there was no hot water and I reported that to the reception staff as I checked out. Parking my motorbike in the gated and locked courtyard at no extra cost was a bonus. Towels supplied were good. Buffet Breakfast was adequate with unlimited coffee.

I had no transport so it was too far out of town.

The staff were great - welcoming and very helpful. While it’s not in the city centre, it’s easy enough to take a city bus into town, with 2 bus stops right near the hotel. The room was nice and quiet.

Real nice service and the breakfast was delicious

Staff here are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. They even held on to my phone charger for me which i had forgotten during a previous stay. There is a good parking facility. Rooms are cosy and charming, also very clean. Unpretentious, family-run business - staff clearly proud to provide a great service. Also great for access to motorway en route to Southern Spain from UK. Will definitely return!
