Amazing place Super friendly staff Fantastic location

Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

The hotel wasn’t clean , one of the bathrooms had a used soap in the shower because they didn’t clean properly, I even made a video of the dirty water that was coming out of the sink…no luxury at all

I hate complaining but... The bad: It is not up to world wide Ramada standard. No double glazing windows actually oneside of the window was metal. Belo Horizonte gets quite windy so it rattled all night and was so cold. The apartments are very old and dated. Loud traffic noise. TV reception isnt clear. Took a very long time to check in. The good: The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is in a good area. Ibis budget may be a better choice until this hotel is completely renovated.

Convoluted cleaning schedule, place looked nothing like the photos. Will not be staying there again!

Was going to leave September 8th but this hotel is amazing! Great breakfast!! Nice pool ,very clean! And the staff is the best

Great suites, beautiful building.

I thought our hotel was a great option in BH. I think our prices were inflated due to the World Cup, and normally if it were lower price it would have been totally worth the price. Clean, nice staff, and close to great restaurants.

How can this hotel be open for business.. old , ran down, renovations going on, noisy.. to avoid... really not worth it for any money..

Hotel antigo, com acomodações também antigas, mas, tudo estava funcionando a contento.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com funcionários educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã nota 10! Apartamentos em andares mais baixos sofrem um pouco com o barulho dos carros e motos na rua, por conta do hotel estar situado em uma ladeira.

Super bem localizado, uma cozinha sensacional e ótimo café da manhã.

Ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.

Experiência ruim. Falta treinamento para o pessoal. Dentro da categoria, existem melhores opções. Não volto nunca mais!!!
