Old hotel with remnants of its grandeur. Some locations are not well maintained and look uncomfortable. Family suite room with a nice view, the refrigerator is just a place. A very uncomfortable experience when the receptionist knocked on the door in the middle of the night (12 o'clock) just to ask for a photo of an ID card. Describes the service system that has been built.

Choose a family executive room with a nice sea view. Unfortunately the facilities are starting to need upgrading. There is no refrigerator anymore. The staff is very limited to the point where when I wanted to leave my bag there was no staff and the receptionist (senior) was just asked to put it down without any staff and a sign of handover.

Several times staying here was really enjoyable. Fast check in-check out. Room cleanliness is okay. There is a bolster in the room. Yeayy! The soundproofing of the room is a bit lacking because you can still hear sounds from the next room. The friendliness of the staff and the quickness to take empty plates during breakfast. Especially the senior staff at the restaurant who is smiling (we don't know his name). Thank you for your friendliness 🙏🏻 We stayed on the 4th floor, when we got out of the elevator on the side there were seats and the smell of cigarette smoke was fragrant. Is it really used for a smoking area in a closed room? Because the smell of smoke is a bit disturbing, especially for us who bring small children. And that's the only elevator to go up and down.
