Suitable for family vacation, close to Malioboro and delicious food.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, located just 3 minutes from Malioboro Street and authentic Jogja cuisine is available nearby. I would stay here again on my next vacation to Jogja.

The staff is very friendly, and the service is really good. There's only one thing to note: the room I stayed in yesterday was still dusty, perhaps HK forgot to dust it. Overall, it's okay, and it smells good 👍

There were not enough chairs at breakfast. The shower water wasn't hot, only slightly warm. I don't think it's recommended for a hotel in the 800s.

The location is close to Malioboro, with ample parking. Check-in and check-out times take a while. It's nice to have a mini swimming pool. The food is delicious, but the restaurant isn't very spacious. If you're having breakfast with a group, you might have to wait. The staff are friendly, the room is comfortable, but the AC isn't very cold. The mattress has a lot of stains, so it seems like it wasn't washed properly. The bathroom and amenities are complete. There's a hairdryer. The hot water works normally.

The location is quite strategic, short walk to both stasiun Tugu and Malioboro. The room is spacious👍

Everything was fine and comfortable. But the towels smelled so strongly of chlorine, it was a headache.

Friendly service. Easy access to rooms (there's an elevator). Humble security. Also, thank you to the incredibly humble receptionist who made everything easy for guests.

The room was quite comfortable. However, it's a shame the staff were indifferent, unsmiling, and completely unfriendly. The only person who was friendly was the receptionist. Luckily, we only booked for one night. If it had friendly staff, this hotel would have been great, but it's a shame that out of so many, only one receptionist was friendly.

Overall it's really good, the service is top-notch from CS etc. very friendly. The food is also varied for that price per pax it's considered cheap and delicious. The only slight minus in the room, I would like to ask the hotel to check again for the mattress and blanket are they really clean or not because when I slept it felt itchy caused by the dust that settled. Or just a suggestion for the mattress can be washed because it seems the cause of the itching is from the mattress and blanket. Previously I wanted to write it in a note but happened to not have a ballpoint pen so I'll share it here. Sorry and thank you 🙏

The AC is not cold enough because it is not directed to the bed but to the floor / TV area. For some reason, the cleanliness is a bit poor because there are still hairs left in the toilet even though it is usually okay.

My second stay here. The location is close to everything, clean, and the staff is friendly. We were able to leave our luggage since it wasn't check-in time yet. The room wasn't soundproof enough; we happened to be next door to a family with a small child, so the noise drifted into the room. But overall, it was good, and worth it.

Third time staying here, very pleasant, from the location, facilities, staff service, to access near Malioboro.

Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the bathroom facilities, and the TV. I enjoyed my stay there, but that's what made it so unpleasant and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to others.
