Wondefull

Very understanding staff, and very clean rooms

Even though I stayed only one night the room was quiet and clean

Aku is a mid range hotel. Nothing to write home about but friendly staff with clean and tidy rooms. Close to shops and restaurants and a nice big park. Safe area. Cheap bathroom accessories. Very expensive restaurant and bar area. Breakfast also very expensive. Go across the street the cafe is half the price.

The hotel was amazing! Very roomy and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone!

The location was perfect to be relax. The facility is great. The staff if I compare with other in the area is poor.

We only stayed here two nights, but it was a great stay. The hotel is not very large and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was nice and provided plenty of space and we chose the king size bed, which was excellent. It also had air conditioning, which made the sleeping at night better, but the unit was a bit noisy, so we just cooled the room prior to sleeping. The bathroom was good size and we had no issues with hot water or water pressure. We also were provided with regular size towels, as the ones in Cusco were on the smaller size. Our room also offered a kettle and some cups, so we were able to make our own tea in the room. This was a nice touch for us. We had to get the sugar from the dining room downstairs.

Well located near a couple of decent restaurants, though maybe fewer than in the centre of Miraflores. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very simple and nice , 10 minutes to mariflores

Booked and paid for the room on March 4th.When arrival on April 3rd at 10:00pm, I was told that all the rooms were booked and they did not have one for me.They offered to give me a room at their sister hotel 3 blocks away.This was unacceptable, as I had excursions booked to pick me up at that hotel the following morning. After a lengthy wait, they cancelled someone else’s reservation and gave me a room

The hotel itself is ok. Safe location but isolated and far from main attractions. You have to walk to the bus stop or use a taxi to get to some points of interest.I stayed in Miraflores before and liked it much better. I didn’t pay for breakfast (costs a lot and very limited varieties for that money). There are some dining options around that area with better price and more options. It was ok for one night stay but once again you are depend on taxi services the most of time.

Price value is superb

The staff there was very understanding and eager to help. When one of my tours got messed up the staff called the tour operator and went to bat for me. Also there is a wonderful park nearby (Barque de Olivar) with large grassed area and lots of olive trees and security. A great walk every morning to get you in the right mood. I plan to return there.

I don't recommend this hotel.

Andres is running the show at this hotel. He is very helpful and his English is perfect. Def will stay at this hotel again, no doubt.

Great room with a balcony but it could have been cleaner. And they had an ant problem in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was on a quiet street so noise pollution was not an issue. Beds were comfortable, and we were able to get additional pillows and blankets to make our sleep even better. Only downfall is that the images for the bedrooms and bathrooms don't always match. Image for the room we booked showed both shower and bath within the bathroom, but when we arrived there was only a shower. A quick talk with the front desk got us another room with only a bath. We were told for the future any specific request for the bathroom to place in the requests box. Now we know for next time.

Great hotel!

Terrible experience, not sure if it was because we got the worst room or all rooms are equally bad. Toilet did not flush properly, had to flush a few times and spend few minutes. Wash basin water flow was so little that it took a few minutes to just wash hands with soap. Bathtub water was clogging and all the soap foam was floating on top, had to wait for the water to drain before starting the shower again. No hair dryer in the room even though it should have been there. Booked room for two days, the wifi network was visible and worked okay on the first day but the phone couldn't even see the wifi network on the second day. The receptionist mentioned that the booking does not include breakfast quite rudely. While I was aware that the booking doesn't include breakfast, she could have been a bit more polite because there was no reason for her to be rude. I hope this is not the condition with other rooms and not sure why we were given such a third grade room...if you are a tourist, I strongly suggest to not consider it. Doesn't deserve any stars in my opinion.
