The room is neat, clean, they have a washing machine which is convenient for me to use, even the one who in-charge for room is nice person. However, because this service apartment is not only served for local tourist but foreign tourist as well, the TV channels has to be more channels like HBO, fox movie, BBC, CNN. That the thing that you have to improve. Others are great. Its in the middle of thonglor street, so the road access are OK to the BTS train. Overall 👍 I love thailand and I love ariva.

The rooms are quite damaged, not clean, the old air conditioner is noisy, open for a long time, the water can drip down, the room has tea-coffee in the room. But there is no hot water boiler. Wrote a note asking for it but didn't get help 👎

The place is very nice, the staff are lovely, clean, tidy but should change the air conditioner as it is old and very noisy. The bed is hard and very old.

The hotel is located on the main road. Utensils It may look a little old, but it's clean, just no tissue in the room. But by the way, it's okay to eat a taxi.

The room was amazing. I have chosen to stay at the "Apartment, 1 Bedroom" option during 24-27 Dec 2017. Room service was prompt and they have done a good job maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The location in Thonglor is amazing and the facilities are very well maintained in tip-top condition. The car park is very clean and ventilation is fantastic. I heard that the hotel breakfast is supposed to be very good, however I did not choose it. Breakfast is a short 20m away from the hotel's main entrance. However these are my 2 largest complaints/feedback for future improvement. 1. The Samsung TVs available in the rooms do not allow USB plug-ins to watch my own shows while in the hotel. I have tried connecting to the TV directly via HDMI cable as well but to no avail. 2. Water temperature control is extremely difficult and even though the rain shower is much appreciated; the water pressure could have been higher to allow a better experience. 3. The bathtub is amazing however the unclogging function was nowhere to be found. Luckily, room service were able to drain the water the next day. I did not ask for instructions on my end. 4. Late check out is charged at 500 baht, so please adhere to their strict late check out fees. They did not give flexibility on this even after calling to ask. 5. Hotel staff manpower is limited so many things need to be done on my own, small matter.
